  Had a window leaking very badly & fogged up. Other than it took quit some time for an initial reply, the replacement scheduling went pretty well.******* was very polite and had the replacement window in very fast. Only good remarks for him.

  My 10-year-old house has Milgard Windows and doors with a full warranty. Your service tech was polite, focused, and thorough in repairing my patio door lock. Thank you for honoring your warranty, and only a few days after my call. You're the best!

  We ordered a 8' x 5' framed window. It came in a timely manner. The window seal was broken. Milgard estimates 2 months wait to fix the problem. Will work with the glass company to remedy the problem in a more speedy manner.

  Our Milgard tech arrived on schedule and quickly completed replacing lower half of one bedroom window and upper and lower glass in another bedroom. We have had our windows since **** and have only called one time prior for a partial replacement. We've been totally happy with our windows and the service we received and feel fortunate to have Milgard's window replacement policy!!

  We had a window crack after it was installed. I notified Milgard and after several weeks received notice that they would replace the window and they called to set up an appointment. As it turned out we had to be gone during the appointment time, but the window was replaced without us being home. (it's in a house under construction) It looks wonderful!

  Awesome experience, only wish i had called sooner instead of fighting with the slider the past several years. The gentleman that took my order was patient and worked with me to find the best appointment.Milgard called to confirm the appointment a few days before and gave me an arrival window. The technicians called to let me know they were on the way and they were within that arrival window.They were friendly and professional. It didn't take long and my slider moves with a couple fingers effort. Very pleaseed with the repair!

  I purchase Milgard door/windows for the new house that I built in ****. Twenty-three years later, the door/windows have done everything that was advertised. However, when the seals broken on two of the door/windows, I called Milgard about my homeowners guarantee regarding replacement of the two door/windows. Milgard not only responded within a few weeks and came out to inspect and measure the door/window replacements but also committed to doing the replacement without cost as guaranteed. They have now been replacement, and I could not be happier with my Milgard door/windows purchased 23 years ago and the incredible value of their guarantee. The Milgard service representative was wonderful and followed through on Milgard's workmanship. Everyone should buy Milgard's products. The products are excellent; they last and can be replaced after many years of weathering. I live right of the Pacific Ocean and experience extreme marine storms; how is that for quality and durability. **********

  We just had the glass in our 16-year-old sliding door replaced under warranty. The Milgard tech gave us a call 20 minutes before arriving and quickly went to work. In less than 30 minutes, ***** had completed the replacement and was on his way. We filed our claim online the 1rst of December and the process was smooth and professional. It's good to know if any more windows need replacing, it will be handled in a professional manner.

  Milgard Case Number: ********, Dealing with M I Windows was relative easy, from the start with the persons requiring the specific "window data" which allowed them to prepare the individual parts needed for the window replacements. The technician who did the actual work (*********************) was excellent and very experienced and knowledgeable with M I Windows. THANKS
