      Everything went smoothly. Good communication with company. The technician was excellent, on time, quick, and knowledgeable. Very satisfied.

      After my original call, a month later I called again since I had no contact from Milgard. In late July, I finally got a case number assigned after I had called ****** for the 2nd time. Then it took 6 months and 3 trips to get the 3 needed windows replaced. The first 2 times the wrong windows (wrong color and cross hatching) were sent DESPITE photos that I originally sent and requests by the installer. The third trip was cancelled but I was not notified. Finally, on the third visit, the windows were replaced. The service person was awesome and it was NOT his fault. Replacing 3 faulty windows should not take this long.

      "Third time's the charm" with this Milgard repair.Twice before service was scheduled but the materials did NOT arrive in ******** and cancelled the day of the appointment. (The first scheduled service was in April).This time everything went very smoothly and Milgard has been in communication throughout. I am very satisfied with the results.

      ****** has taken care of several windows for me. He is polite, professional & knowledgeable. ***************** though, is very hard to contact. I had requested a window replacement, and I did not receive any call back. 2 months later, I finally got an email, 3 days before the tech was scheduled to come out. Again, ****** was great!

      These doors are poorly manufactured. They are different heights and spacey. The screens are flimsy and falling apart on the corners. The tops of the doors has a piece of hard plastic unevenly cut. The hardware is cheap, locking mechanism does not lock. Water enters the house from the sidelights. **************** is horrible! The manager doesn't call me back and the Lead technician was rude. O will never buy Milgard again.

      Sliding door didn't fit well at first, Milgard came out to inspect and agreed to replace the door. They came back within two weeks, but after inspecting again, and demonstrating that the door had settled, and closed /locked well, we all agreed that replacement wasn't required. We appreciated the quick response, professional attitude, follow up and attention to the product support. We purchased numerous Milgard vinyl windows and doors, and really are happy with the product and warrantee support,
