    Dear Better Business Bureau,I am filing a complaint against Appliances 4 Less, located at [341 Tukwila **********************], due to their failure to address a defective product that caused significant property damage and their lack of response to my attempts to resolve the issue.Complaint Details: On April 17, 2025, I purchased a washing machine and a dryer from the Appliances 4 Less Tukwila store for $1200. The machine was delivered on April 18, 2025, and arrived dirty with visible hair inside the drum, despite being described as new, raising concerns about its quality and condition. Within 2 hours of installation on April 18, 2025, the machine leaked severely during its first use, causing over $34,000 in property damage to my home, as verified by a certified water damage company. I immediately sent video and photographic evidence of the incident to the store.Despite my efforts to resolve the matter cooperatively, the Tukwila store has:1. Ignored all communication after receiving the evidence 2. Missed multiple appointments without notice including one he requested, which I flew back for, only to be canceled last minute.3. Provided no refund, resolution, or compensation to date I have contacted the store repeatedly, preserved all communications, video evidence, and third-party damage assessments, and planning to engage legal counsel for this matter. Desired Resolution:1. Full refund for the defective washing machine 2. Compensation for the $34,000+ in verified property damage I have video evidence clearly showing the leak and resulting damage, which I provided to the store and can share with the BBB upon request to support this complaint. I am disappointed by the stores unresponsiveness and hope the BBB can facilitate a fair resolution to protect consumers and uphold business accountability.Please let me know if you require additional documentation, including the video evidence or damage assessment.
