    I bought an X-Class 52v for my son about 2 months ago. The bike shipped with days and arrived well packaged and easy to assemble. He and his friends are top-tier mountain bike riders with string mechanical knowledge. They love the bike. I bought it because my son has long COVID and cant exert energy due to nausea and chronic fatigue. This allows him to get around with his friends and still enjoy riding. The battery has really held up well he easily rides *****+ miles only using the throttle (on one charge). With that, he always has at least one of four bars of charge left. The bike is fast, well-built, very stable, looks great and is priced competitively. Its destroys the Super73 RX in a race. We have no complaints except that the rear shock while well built is super stiff, even for a 190lb adult.

    Whole process is fake. Warning to any and all who dare to buy!!! DO NOT!!!! All videos, people in videos, etc seem legit but I repeat THEY ARE NOT!!!! ALL PEOPLE PROMOTING ON YOU TUBE ARE SCAMS! I have been waiting for over 3 months for my bike!!!!!!!! There is no phone number to call!!! This is the first hint of this scam!!!!Buyer BEWARE!!! NIGHTMARE SCENARIO!!!!! Good luck getting parts!!!!!Restocking and return fees are exorbitant!!!!!! 25%!!!WTF???? There are no bikes!!!!! Constant delays!!!!! Fake reviews and online videos. The truth will come out!!!! Ask other bike companies first about this scam. OMG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! DO NOT BUY!!!Smells of Chinese SCAM!!!!!NO CUSTOMER SERVICE ONLY EMAIL CONTACT! STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!MANY complaints on all parts, bad tires, lights, etc. VERY frustrating that there is NO PHONE CONTACT! GO TRY FOR YOURSELF. Constant delay tactics!!!!!!I am not a complainer!!! When you get scammed you dig deeper. Read the bad reviews for the truth!!!!!!!Ariel Rider Bikes website reviews are maintained and scrutinized internally and only show fake reviews. Can't believe I got suckered!!!!!!!!!!!! I've seen that all of your emails were responded to within 48 hours at most, and if/when there's a shipment delay, you were notified beforehand. At times, we face delays that are out of our control, and your order was delayed about 3 weeks, which you've preferred to cancel and it was processed by our team right away. I'm sorry to hear that you feel the reviews are fake, the reviews are audited by an independent 3rd party company, so we have no control over manipulating them as long as they're written by verified & registered customers who have received their orders.
