    I had an rle eye surgery and they messed it up then did it again and made more problems then they said they would pay for me to go to a specialist and now they r refusing plus they said they would give me a full refund and that hasnt happened either

    **** ***** is a patient of K2 Vision who underwent refractive lens exchange using the light-adjustable lens. After his initial procedure, he was dissatisfied with the first implants. To address his concerns, we performed an explantation and replaced the original lenses with a different style of light-adjustable lenses.

    During the removal process, a known surgical riskscraping of the irisoccurred. Mr. ***** was informed of this risk as part of the standard consent process. Following the procedure, he reported sensitivity to light due to the iris defect. In our consultations, we explained that this issue could improve over time and also provided him with a surgical alternative. Specifically, we offered referrals to two specialists who focus on iris repairs: one in **** and another in *******************. Mr. ***** chose to consult with the specialist in *****

    To facilitate his care, our surgeon personally contacted the Utah specialist to discuss Mr. ****** case. During this process, it was determined that Mr. ***** did not have medical insurance. As a result, I provided him with a letter outlining the steps needed to obtain coverage. It is important to clarify that at no point did K2 Vision offer to cover the cost of any external medical care or issue a refund for his procedure.

    Mr. ****** surgery was successful, and it is unfortunate that he continues to experience sensitivity to light. If you have any further questions, I would be happy to discuss this matter with you directly. Please feel free to contact me at ************.

    I am rejecting this response because: they said that they would take care of all expenses to get it fixed plus dr ******** said he would refund all my money. They tried three times to fix this. My insurance wont cover it.  That have insurance they should turn it in to theres they need to make this right.
