      They keep charging me a return mail fee when my address is correct if rhey want to verify they can come ro my house I have no controll over **** stupidity. This is BS my address is correct. They are just as bad as a BANK I dont want any mail from these clowns if they charge **** and I have already told them this. IQ is a bad company charging you because a mail carrier is *********

      Iq credit union needs to pay somebody to reset their server on Sundays or update their server. I go online to transfer money from checking to savings and the only option is to transfer from IQ checking to external account.

      I bought a truck in July got approved for my loan through IQ Credit Union, I got the 3 month extension so my first payment wasn't until the end of October. My truck has been in the shop since the beginning of October and I had some personal things go on so I was out of work for a month, coming back and thinking my truck would be fixed it wasn't so I was out of a vehicle to get to and from work and lost my job. Comes November it gets transferred to a ************** still not fixed. I call the credit union they gave me until January 5th but my truck still right now is still not fixed. I have until Monday 1/23/23 to make my first payment. And then my truck that I am not driving will be up for repo. They won't help me anymore and I've begged for them to pause my loan or some sort. And they won't. As to loosing my job my phone was shut off so it's hard getting ahold of jobs that I have applied to. I just need help because I don't think it's even right that I have to make a payment on a truck that I haven't had for 5 months

      I have a checking account that should have been closed. I have been a member of this credit union since ****. ***** accidently tried charging from this abandoned account and now IQ credit union is demanding $180 for fees. I called them to reverse this and they refused to reverse these charges. I can't afford this or the attorney to fight them so they will destroy my credit instead of doing the right thing.
