      TMG *************************** is an amazing Property Manager. He is very understanding and reasonable with all communication. Our family have had some terrible mishaps and accident and we communicated with ****** and he always goes above and beyond with customer **********************. ****** is a very valuable employee with TMG Property Management. Thank you guys for being so compassionate with us.

      It was a great experience working with ***** at TMG. She was kind, professional and helpful. Communication that I received was clear and prompt. I'm really happy I got to work with TMG on this rental process. My current property manager even said it was the best experience she's had with a company inquiring about a resident's rental history!

      Would give -5 stars , they wanted us to put down $11,434.00 ,plus already put down $574.75 plus $9.99 to pay it on there portal pay . Reason why is so much ,they are charging an extra month's rent for each of our sons due to NO CREDIT,and they are disabled. But have no marks on anything cause they lived with us all there life . They are a rip off company that just wanna take your money.

I understand that the additional deposit amounts coupled with nonrefundable prepaid cleaning and administrative fees required per our rental criteria were a concern for you and your family. To clarify, at the time of your application, no disabilities were disclosed, and there was no request for reasonable accommodation to waive any area of our rental criteria due to a disability recognized under the Americans with Disabilities Act. Please know that we take all Fair Housing laws very seriously and comply fully with their requirements, including reviewing and considering reasonable accommodations when submitted.

      The deposit you paid is non-refundable if an applicant changes their mind after full approval, per the policy outlined in our application process. At the time of your cancellation, we did inform you of this and I understand it was upsetting news. We regret if any information was missed that could have been helpful in processing your application. We strive to maintain transparency and fairness in all our interactions with applicants and are sorry to hear that you were dissatisfied with your experience.

      If there are any details or information you feel we were not made aware of, we would be more than happy to discuss this further and see how we can assist you. Please feel free to reach out to our team directly.Additionally, if there are documents related to your sons disabilities that you would like us to consider to refund your forfeited holding deposit, we are more than happy to do so.

      I sent an application fee in for a property. My wife did as well. The property was rented out by someone else within two days of this. I wasn't sure whether they ran the application or not. However, they said that part of this would be a credit check and they could get us the information if we opted to on the application. We did that.Fast-forward to several weeks later, I asked for our $130 application fee back. The response from TMG was "we don't refund application fees in **********" once they run them. However, for ******, they said they do?They do not have any record of the credit report being run. I asked for this to at least get something for the $130 they refuse to refund. I asked for someone to get the info. I was told it would be passed along to their supervisor but "they are very busy". I had also asked for this weeks afterwards and the exact same encounter occurred.There is no evidence that they ran an application, just took our $130 and left.

      Zero stars. Worse attempted lease I have ever experienced. On April 10th, I signed up with TMG to lease out my luxury condo in *************. I fired them today because in 5 weeks, absolutely nothing has been done to get it ready for leasing. My personal **** ** has not contacted me once by phone during this time period. Projected rent is $3700 a month. Right now, I am not getting anything for it thanks to TMG and the 'I do not care' attitude I've been exposed to. 5 weeks later, X claims he still cannot gain entrance to my unit. I mailed him a full set of keys a month ago. In addition, my neighbor, Z, has a spare door key for my pad and lives in unit 4 24/7 and I have EMailed X this information numerous times. X claims he has tried to contact both myself and Z multiple times. There are no phone records to validate this. Today, I get a message that I have failed to pay my Set Up Fees' of presumably hundreds of dollars, which I refuse to pay since I have not gotten any services. Now I am the bad guy, and TMG has made it clear that they do not want my business. As a 72 year old disabled veteran fighting a terminal illness, I am not supposed to get stressed out. Ha. In addition, where is any sign of management supervision? Surely, in April, my 'reps' must have reported their good fortune to higer *** in being able to lease out one of the few places in ******** with an outdoor pool, 2 miles from Highway 26, **********************, etc. Run, don't walk, and consider another company that respects veterans and customers in general.

      I don't know how you can't rent a single family home because of credit when you have a credit score of 675 and a guaranteed rent payment for 10 years after you offer to pay an even bigger deposit then they are asking for

      ? When someone has a credit freeze what makes U special over that? ******* dont have access to enter my FICO score from none of them and some unnamed guy didnt tell me it or the company name and said I had a 500 score and needed to make 3 times the rent. U guys need to fire him ASAP! Im going to report this and my Land Lird was a fool to believe U. The freeze goes through a form from each credit union and is time-consuming just to clear with me talking to them so U guys are not going to get a BBB 5-star your getting a >> 1 << and Im reporting U for that illegal acts and discrimination is evident plus 206 didn't go through and says it's disconnected. Fake!!
