************** Rocks! We had a pipe burst in the night and the whole crew jumped into action. ***** came by to increase the air flow to our walls to prevent further damage. He explained the process and anns all our questions. He is knowledgeable and friendly. I appreciated his input and support.

Will not work with you when you fall behind due to a roommate who failed to pay his part of rent, and left without giving notice. I had 5k to keep my unit of 11 years, and they did not take the time to work with me on that either. This has caused even more PTSD due to unfair eviction after I spent most of my adult years in my home. 10/10 BAD BUSINESS.The Management Group Inc

1 starUnsure how these lower comments are here. These guys require you to have 2.5x rent per roommate. With a $2,000 home, each person needs to bring in 5k just to move in. This means the house income total is $10,000 to ************, which doesn't include the move in cost itself. About 5 years ago before RSLM and TMG got together, housing was cheaper and the way we got houses was. First and last months, plus deposit, and extra on pet situations. Utilities were on the person living there as they have always been. So mathematically speaking they are asking for nearly twice as much for the same thing. The house sold prices were nearly 100% of the housing real value. So its the reasoning they have the rent so high, but that is only cause they bought it at that price, not cause its worth that much.Lastly, many of the images they show on their outlets aren't anything like what the houses look like. I asked someone if I could give them $20 bucks to check out a place before applying. The house didn't have a working fire place as was stated, roof needed replaced and the people living there couldn't get them to fix it. They bought their own fridge because they wouldn't replace the broken one. While they leave a little "note" saying the houses may look different. While they KNOW the houses look different then what they are posting. This is a type of false advertising, that note doesn't mean anything because they are posting over 5 year old images of when the houses. I only know this because I saw my hold ******** up for sale when I sold it looking great, it looks sooo bad now and they are still trying to rent it out as if it was when I sold it. Thats just terrible people abusing the system.Review fromAyana A
