I have yet to move in but the lady I worked with to apply to ********************** was absolutely amazing. I haven't even met her but she helped me get through more than a few bumps in the process to make sure I got the apartment! Thank you!

The worst experience Ive ever had; wish Id read reviews and did research before giving nearly $8K to this wholly unprofessional and negligent nightmare of a management company. Long story short, the property I rented has urine and f**** completely saturating 16 stairs, three landings, and one entire floor.The Management Group Inc

The list of issues is a long one, so I'll try and sum it down. For the application process, the lease, and the move-in requirements that they needed to do required us reminding them that they needed to do it. The communication issue is by far the worst I have ever seen in any business. We email, double email, call and absolutely get ignored constantly. It's at this rate that we don't even bother emailing, we go straight to calling. And even when calling about matters they need to sort out, it's a headache to get our property manager on the phone. The big kicker for us is that they advertised that our property had A/C, our application stated it had A/C. We go to the property, there's a central A/C system on the wall, the circuit has a switch labeled A/C. We put in a maintenance request to get a third party A/C tech to check out why the A/C isn't working, two weeks out due to availability. When the A/C tech gets here, it takes them five minutes to tell us that we don't have A/C. We contact TMG immediately. They say they'll contact you. They don't, not until you contact them to remind them. This is the same person that went through this property and took a lot of pictures, knowing that our windows are *********** tell them to call me immediately so we don't waste time doing things that lead no where, like having the A/C tech come out two weeks out. I looked through their reviews and see a number to call when others had issues with TMG. I call that number and they're all nice and everything, but the number you call leads to the front desk and there's not much they can do except forward the message over. I get told that I should get a response in a couple of days. It's been a couple of days. I call, they're aware of the issue and will forward the message again.So I BEG OF YOU. RUN. Don't look back. Quite literally nothing has worked out for us with TMG or this property. It smelled like a wet dog lived here which is evidenced by the dog hair they painted onto the walls.The Management Group Inc
