I've only gotten to paint with Brushes and Brix once. It was such a fun experience with friends in a relaxed, friendly setting. **** is a great teacher and I can see that she loves her clients. She makes her business a fabulous experience! I've recommended Brushes and Brix to many visiting the *********** area.

I am a local business I the *********** area that operates 15 minutes away from this company. We both offer paint classes but she is a sip and paint company and I do group lessons with snacks and non-alcoholic beverages. I have sent clients to her and reached out in hopes we could have a positive working relationship. A few months back, this company was copying and pasting my content as their own. I reached out and asked her to stop stealing my content but was told she was not doing that. I sent her a screenshot of the copy and paste job and she said she "liked a few things I said" but never copied it. Then, today I found a posts showing that this company is stealing my artwork designs and teaching it to their clients. Again, a local business is stealing content from another local business. I have asked this businesses multiple times to please create their own social media content and blocked them from by business page, but they can still see my website and are choosing to take my personal artwork and teach them to their clients. Every time I reach out to ask them to stop I am either ghosted or told it's not true. I don't know how else to get this company to be professional and stop stealing my work.

I apologized for the post promoting the auction we were both involved in, it was not personal or meant to harm anyone, it was promoting the auction, there was not ghosting as she said, I immediately responded and removed the post. The artwork she is referring to was brought in by a family during an Open Paint session where they can paint what they want. I did NOT choose the art or tell them where to look for art suggestions. I do NOT look at or follow this other companies art, I did not see a logo, or any watermark, on the printed sheets the family brought in. They all brought printed sheets. I had no idea this company had something similar in designs, I do not look at that website or follow the business, I dont need to. I looked these images up on the web, there are hundreds of paintings, photos, designs this family could have printed their choices off of, and never even looked at the paintings or the other business site, they were different, more like ones on Pinterest options, hundreds of options. The paintings done during my open paint had nothing to do with the other business , this family has printed off images they want to paint with me during an open paint for years. No malicious thoughts, just images the family liked and I have no idea where they got them. Anyone could print off images off the net and see similar images on the next internet search - plenty of unicorns and wheat fields out there. I have responded ever time this business sends me a angry note, not ghosted at all, dont know where that came from. This business owner cannot review my business, they have never met me or been to my operation. This business sends angry notes, I respond, then says do what you want, then lashes out with a bad review. No professional.
