    **** ********, property manager of Coldwell Banker, is refusing to allow me to vacate the property I have been renting since November of 2023. I have submitted the request 42 days in advance on September 19, 2024 which is 12 days more than the lease requires. I have requested the reason in writing of the denial and was told by **** that he has to investigate the situation, however he fully intends to 'hold me to the lease'. I have not received anything in writing to explain ****** refusal and have been unsuccessful in my attempt to schedule a move out inspection. My fear is that this business representative is unlawfully refusing to allow me out of the lease and that he will pursue undue charges of rent against me.

    ****** was allowed to break her lease and was charged a lease break fee as per the terms of her lease agreement. ****** has vacated the unit.
