    EGlass LLc Company sent wrong part on multiple deliveries. My husband had to take several (3 days) off work to receive and repackage the wrong deliveries. ****** (General Manager/rep) never returns my calls or emails. We are still waiting for parts we paid for months ago to finish my patio. *********** has delayed my projects many months, which has delayed other contractors with the project. ****** or any other rep do NOT return phone calls, emails, or messages for over a month *********** is also not sending merchandise we paid for. We initially paid $12,027.78 and then an additional $591.72-totoaling *********. My husband has only worked with a ****** at the company, and he is the absolute worst rep he has ever dealt with. He deals with many reps, since he own our own business. We are unsure how he is not held accountable. We also have the shipping company (CS Shipping) sending me letters demanding for payment for shipment they picked up for Eglass regarding his first faulty delivery of the wrong merchandise. EGlass set up all the deliveries. As noted on invoice, we were charged over $1200 for freight/delivery. We had nothing to do with scheduling the deliveries, except losing time off work waiting all day each time.My husband and I have left so many messages and sent emails with no reply. We are still missing 2 pole for the railings, one that was not sent and one to replace that was cracked on delivery, and the brackets. My husband lost 3 days work. We would like the missing and damages poles and brackets delivered ASAP. The poles and brackets are custom to the company and we can not find replacements else where. My husband missed 3 days work waiting for deliveries. he also had to buy shipping materials (wood, nailed, shipping rope to secure the order that was delivered wrong to us.My husband makes $208,000 annually as his base salary. He also make more with company profit He lost 3 days work (since he normally leaves for a job at 4-6am). Lost work is $2,400. The shipping supplies cost about $100. The frustration, delay of project are priceless.We are asking for merchandise we payed (that was missing and damages-2 poles and brackets) for to be delivered ASAP to we can finish this project and not have to ever deal with this company again. We also have all the email, if needed.
