    By the end of December 2022, I bought an air rifle via GunBroker.com to TALOS TACTICAL LL.The purchased air rifle arrived broken on 12/06/2022. The same day I informed the seller (a merchant) about the problem and attached pictures of the damaged product.The Seller requested pictures of the box in which the purchased rifle arrived, which I provided timely.Then I requested a response three times, via email. Finally the seller agreed to refund me and ask me to send the product back. See email dated 12/15/2022 at ****pm. No specific conditions were made about how to send the product back.The next day (12/16/2022) I provided a picture of the receipt, including the shipping tracking number.The rifle was received on 12/23/2022.No refund was made. I requested the promised refund once again on 01/17/2023. The same day, the seller replied saying "WE'll get you a refund ASAP".I paid $765.64 plus shipping the damaged product back for $60.30. That was a total of $825.94.The same day, that is 1/17/2023, the seller again confirmed the following: "I have taken the liberty of talking to my boss about processing a refund and agrees that a refund is due immediately".Unfortunately, two days later (01/19/2023) seller asked for more pictures.After that more emails, as attached, followed. Untimely and without explanation the seller started saying that the rifle arrived damaged.Finally on March 2023, the seller refused to honor his word and emails about the agreed refund.At this point I want a full refund of what I paid. I do not have the rifle, I did not receive any refund. Additionally, the seller is now trying to sell the same rifle, which will create an unjust enrichment.
