    My purchase of a fishing rod 6/10/2024 at Edge Rods, also know as Composite Ventures llc in ************ that had to be made. as of August the pole hadn't been made so I asked for a cancelation and a refund of $245.67. since then I have been checking our statements for the refund for a credit but none have been found. since September I have gone to Edge Rods to ask about the credit once a month. on 11/16/24 I sent an e-mail to ***** @************************** and have not received a response.******* ******

    My order (#*****) was placed for a fishing rod from Edge Rods on August 25, 2023, of last year. The turnaround time according to the Edge Rods was 3-5 weeks. After not getting updates or receiving the order, I contacted Edge Rods on October 10, 2023. ******* from their build manager was that they were short on parts, and it could take another 3-4 weeks. After no updates, I contacted them again on November 29, 2023. Their build manager again said they were short on another component, and it could take another 2 plus weeks. I reached out again on January 11, 2024, no response. Sent another email to their support ************************************ on January 19, 2024, no response. Left voicemail on their customer line on January 31, 2024, no response. Meanwhile, there is no other way to get hold of customer service at this place!

    I recently ordered and paid for 2 fishing rods from Edge Rods (Composite Ventures.) One order was placed on 12/4, the other on 12/12. The total cost is $380.25. On 1/3/2024 I emailed Edge to determine the status of my order. They (********************* in particular) were obviously offended and explained the orders take 3-5 weeks to fulfill. Since it had been 4 weeks since the first order, I took exception to his email browbeating. Ultimately, **************** told me they were just going to issue me a refund. On 1/5, I contacted Edge by email to determine the status of my refund. Edge employee ******* responded, stating no refund had been issued, nor could she determine the order status, but she would check and get back with me. I explained that depending on her response, I may just take the fishing rods, since Ive been waiting 5 weeks now. Today is 1/9 and I have yet to hear anything concerning the fishing rods or my refund. I simply want to know one way or the other what this company intends to do. To essentially hold my payment hostage is not only unethical, it borders on theft.I emailed Ms. *** yesterday and left another phone message today. It is becoming patently obvious they are ignoring me. Maybe you can assist me in this matter? Thank you
