Date : 03/17/25 Amount Paid: ****** Service: Wheel alignment Nature of dispute: The alignment service at ****** did not properly align my truck. Upon checking, I found that the alignment machine had severely damaged all four of my new wheels. I returned and pointed this out. ****, the aligner, informed me that the machine was broken and that he lacked the necessary parts to repair it, so I would need to come back later for a proper alignment. I waited over three weeks for the parts to arrive. Once they were in, they accepted responsibility for the damage to my wheels and asked me to leave my truck while they re-powdercoated them. They inquired if I had a spare set of wheels, which I did, so I brought them in, hoping to take my truck while the other set was being repaired. They installed my second set of wheels, aligned the truck correctly, and took it for a drive. Unfortunately, during that drive, they caused an additional $ ***** in damage to my truck due to the wheels rubbing against it. My truck, which had just been repainted, ended up with damage to both sides of the bumper and the lower valance. They agreed to fix the paint damage but insisted on choosing the repair shop since they have a credit arrangement with ****************, where I've had a negative experience. I refused their suggestion and provided a quote from a trusted body shop that was $ 300 less than their recommended shop. Currently, they are saying they won't cover the repair costs because I'm not going to the shop they suggested. Throughout this ordeal, they offered me a $ 500 loaner car while they held onto my truck for over a week. I am seeking assistance as they caused the damage and need to rectify it.

Called JOEL'S tire Saturday 11/5/2022 to see if they could install and program a tpms tire pressure sensor on my vehicle. DJ said yes no problem. Took my vehicle right in, they installed the tpms sensor, then attempted to program it to my vehicle. ** clearly did not know what he was doing as he continuously pressed the push to start button with his foot on the brake engaging the starter over and over. As he is engaging the starter he is not letting the motor shut off completely before he reengages the starter causing it to grind the flywheel. I am in the parking lot listening to this as DJ is clearly getting frustrated and told him He cant keep engaging the starter like that. I said if you take your foot off the brake it wont do that that's how you turn the ignition on and off to put the car in program mode without starting the vehicle. ** continued to seem frustrated and throwing cuss words out, I backed out because I didn't want confrontation. He then ripped the keys out from underneath him which he was sitting on and threw them on the dash very hard, very surprised he didnt rip the leather on the seat. I then proceeded into the lobby to speak with someone else, which I believe was the manager *****************************. He was very well aware of what was going on as he walked by several time witnessing the show of pure ignorance. I asked ****** what was going on and he stated they cannot program **** vehicles with push button start. Then he handed me a bill for the unfinished job which I paid just to get out of there. I then drove up the street to ***************** pulled up to a bay explained what had just happened the employee put my car into program mode within minutes and programmed the tires and didnt charge me a dime. Looks like I'll be dealing with ******************* for now on.

I called Joels Tire on Friday 8/12/22 and spoke to a girl about an appointment to have my AC checked in my SUV. On Wed morning on 8/16/22, before my appointment I called and spoke to a guy and asked how much it was going to cost for them to check my AC. He said $35. I brought my car in and handed over my keys and went to wait in the lobby. A little bit later they called me up to say my car was finished and my total was $143.97. I was really confused because the guy on the phone just quoted me $35 to have it checked. I never authorized any work to be done on it. I brought it in to find out IF I needed Freon. I never authorized anyone to add any Freon. I tried explaining this to the guy at the register but he wouldnt listen. At that point I was going to be late for an appointment for my daughter so I needed to get my car and go, so I reluctantly paid and left. I had to give two different forms of payment, as I clearly wasnt told it was going to cost any more than $35. So I paid $110 in cash and put the rest, $33.97 on my credit card, and told them I would call later to discuss this further with the manager. When I called back I asked to speak to the manager and asked to be refunded for everything except the $35 quoted for the cost of the CHECK but he refused. They cant just do work on someones car without authorization and then demand to be paid for whatever they decided to do without my knowledge. They have to get the ok from the owner, and explain what work that needs to be done and what the cost will be BEFORE they do it. If the guy who talked to me that morning gave me wrong information, then thats an internal issue they need to address with their employee. I will not pay for their mistake, or the technicians mistake because he took it upon himself to make repairs to my car without even consulting me on it. There is clearly a lack of communication between employees at this place but that has nothing to do with me. Please refund my ******.
