Not happy that this company ran my credit card plus and minus twice. My bank was also concerned. Also I didn't appreciate Ashley's changing of the delivery date. The sofa is beautiful.

I opted for white glove delivery and the experience has been very good. The team kept me informed with adequate and reasonable communication. Quality furniture and great customer service. With so many terrible furniture sellers these days who take your money and take months to deliver anything, Ashley didn't charge me until AFTER my furniture was delivered and the 3 day return policy had ended. They also called to make sure my delivery went smoothly and to make sure I had no concerns. if every delivery is like that, I commend those guys who delivered my furniture and assembled together. Fast, efficient, pleasant and refreshing. Also, those furnitures I bought are bulky and needs good knowledge to put together. They did it at no time. And when they were finished, they cleaned all the mess, thank me and left.By the way, ashley furniture is always be my !st choice because of the quality and the service you get from them.Ashley Furniture HomeStore Southwestern
