      November 2024 We shopped at the Ashley Store in ******** ** Wonderful experience selecting and buying and delivery of furniture from start to finish.Our selections were a dining table, bed frame and mattress, sectional couch.We are 100% very happy with our choices.Everyone was so helpful and professional.Thank you!!

      If I could do no stars I would. Worst experience with my purchase here. I payed full price for a Brand New sofa. I received a new damaged sofa and the experience in trying to get this corrected was horrible. I was told my purchase was final sale. I called maybe 20 minutes after the delivery to advise of the damage done. Resolution not to replace the couch but to send a part. The part is a piece of material. This has also been extending my purchase of a damaged couch for over a week now for the part to get sent and to have a technician scheduled. They did refund the delivery fee after I had to escalate my call but did not agree to allow the return of the couch.

      Received my coffee table damaged and called and sent a email to report it to customer service. Never received a response.

      Horrible service crooks couldn't make up their mind on numbers sell poorly made product manager doesn't care about customers only the dollar deserve 0 stars.will not return.beware.hope store goes out of business poorly made products.bed broke in 3 years sofa recliner is lopsided wouldn't fix or exchange.will not return in the future

      I bought a bed with the understanding that my old bed would be removed. I asked multiple times and was told they will remove the bedding. The day they arrived they refused to take bedding with them. I reached out to store they told me they never take the bedding. I called corporate and was told they would send out someone to pick up the bedding. They said someone would reach out and call 24-48 hours no one called. No one has picked up the bedding. I am very disappointed in the costumer care I received. The delivery guys were also rude. I have spent thousands of dollars at Ashley furniture over the past few years and I will never shop there again.
