      mpossible to get a hold of anyone at the store. I’ve tried calling 4 times by now and emailed as well. See my email below. Hopefully the store supervisor can call or email me back. The customer service line called this morning and hung up on my face when I asked them for the supervisor contact. Dear Ashley Furniture Customer Service, I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the customer service I have received regarding my recent purchase of a couch, coffee table, and rug. While my in-store experience was generally satisfactory despite some initial confusion with scheduling, the service has significantly deteriorated since then. Firstly, I encountered rude delivery drivers, which I promptly reported. While I appreciate that this issue was addressed, it unfortunately led to further complications. My coffee table, originally scheduled for delivery on Saturday, October 27th, was inexplicably pushed to Tuesday, October 29th—a day when I am not available. When the delivery coordinator person called, I clearly requested a Saturday delivery. Despite informing both the Ashley store and a customer care representative to cancel the Tuesday delivery and reschedule for the following Saturday, I continued to receive messages confirming the unwanted Tuesday delivery. It is exceedingly frustrating to have to repeat myself multiple times without any corrective action taken. Now, I am told there are no available delivery dates for Saturday, November 2nd, and I must wait an additional 14 days until November 9th. This delay is unacceptable and appears to result from a failure on your part to properly note my delivery preferences. It feels as though I am being deprioritized despite the inconveniences I’ve already faced. I expect this issue to be resolved promptly. Please arrange for the delivery of my coffee table on Saturday, November 2nd, as initially requested.

      We purchased in store from salespeople. The salespeople were friendly, informative, helpful and not pushy. They were very honest and transparent about prices & delivery, no surprises or hidden fees. Their prices were lower than other stores, but still high quality. Delivery and follow-up were prompt. I highly recommend this store and would return there again without hesitation.

      I do NOT recommend!!! I paid over $7k for my couch and loveseat. When they arrived, the loveseat mechanics didnt work. Instead of replacing it, I had to wait over 2 weeks for a technician to come out to look at it. Its still not fixed and now were waiting another 2 weeks for the replacement parts to come in, which will be an additional 2 weeks for another technician to come back out to replace the broken part! My parents also had a similar problem with their furniture they bought from Ashley Furniture! I will NEVER buy from Ashley Furniture again!!!!!

      Pretty bad experience, went in to get stuff for our new apartment cause we just got married, picked out a mattress, bed frame, and springboard, they got us checked out fast and said it would be there in a few days. A few days came and we didnt hear anything, so we call in and apparently our order was back ordered for over a month out, so nobody called to tell us anything to help out, then when we go in they said that our sales lady was going to reach out to us but forgot to? So because of her forgetting to reach out we went about a week without a mattress or anything to sleep on until we could get another one from somewhere else. They have a few good employees that care but its a coin flip if you get one, they just seem like they want your money and then they forget about you, very sales oriented, not customer oriented. Never going back, only go if youre willing to coin flip how good your service is.

      What started out as me walking out of the store ended up with a young man walking up to me in the ************ store and saying how about if I give you a better deal which I agreed to and then I asked to to talk to the store manager Who gave me even a better deal for cash. I love my blue leather couch. Its amazing it reclines. I did have some issues with the delivery, and I almost blew a gasket went back to the store and the manager got me the next best delivery date, which was three days after the original set date I will go back to Ashleys, there are a lot of sales people working at one store and young blonde man whose name I cant remember right now deserves high credit and praise for keeping me from walking out the fourth time after looking at the same couch and making the sale . This is an ethical company that keeps its word and will write out everything on a contract on paper for you.

      Ashley Furniture is the place to go for good quality furniture! I recently had the pleasure of working with Alex ******** while purchasing a table for my new home, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Alex was incredibly knowledgeable and attentive, guiding me through the selection process with ease. He took the time to understand my needs and helped me find a table that perfectly matches my style and space. The quality of the table is outstanding, and it looks fantastic in my home.       The store location was fantastic and our experience purchasing a couch was amazing, however our item arrived damaged and the delivery team lied and forged my signature and they did not provide the option to refuse the delivery upon arrival. After months of dealing with incompetence and frustrating calls/emails/visits with their customer care team, we had to use our warranty to replace the item. This was the worst experience Ive ever had with any company and will continue to use my voice and platform to ensure that nobody I know purchases any items from Ashley ever again.
