I highly recommend Ashley HomesStore for its high-quality products, outstanding customer service, and competitive prices. My experience buying from Ashley HomeStore in Sacrament, CA (ask for Maria or Aus, they are excellent!) left me feeling satisfied with my purchase, and willing to buy from them again in the future. The delivery process and in-home installation was fast and hassle-free.

Sylvia was very good after we made a decision which sofa we liked. Indeed, as is Im sure the company training and policy, we first let her know we didnt want to be followed around the store- she obliged and left us alone to view the showroom without being hounded. After we did pick out our specific item she was very proficient at getting us all details and explaining every aspect of sale and delivery. My purchase experience as well as the delivery experience was top notch. I only waited for items for 5 days for Date of purchase, and Im extremely happy with the pieces I picked out. Beautiful and comfortable. The team that delivered them was extremely professional, arrived when they said they would, and they worked fast & efficiently. The delivery team took extra care of my furniture while assembling, only removing the packaging when it was time to place them in my desired spot. So thankful to them and Ashley HomeStore. U fortunate that customers have had issues with their service. We had EXCand EXCELLENT service with our two service guys today. I shop at the Ashley store in ******** **. Shaun is the salesman who helped me, I highly recommend him. He was patient and helped me find what I wanted in my price range. His service is excellent. Delivery went as scheduled, they did a great job. I also had an issue to work out with the customer service rep, Christian. I met with him in the store and it took some time to resolve my issue, but again, his service was excellent. He came up with a solution that was even better than I thought of. Our Order was DELIVERED early almost by an hr but the Two Gentleman were kind considerate and apologize for being early. I thought it was amazing they came early and they were fast and conscience about product and set up was a breeze. Excellent delivery Team they deserve a raise cause these days you don't get that proper customer service. Definitely no where near a A+. Had a terrible experience, was lied to by several staff members.Deceitful sales practices and misrepresenting company policy to customers. Our situation was only resolved after we got corporate office involved. They agreed we had been lied too. My experience with Ashley in **************** ** went smoothly. I spoke to the salesman Nick on Friday to assure myself it was a leather chair and nice. He had sold them before and it was. I paid the next morning on sat July 8 and it was set for delivery on Tues July 11. The day before Ashley called to say the delivery window and today 45 min before 11 am the delivery guy called to let me know to expect him at 11. He dropped it off right where I told him by the porch because I had the free threshold delivery option. It was very smooth and easy to assemble - I did it myself and now my husband is snoozing in it.
