I purchased a mattress from this store as part of my bedroom set. I decided to get an Ashley brand Chime Foam Mattress for the first time. It was very comfortable at the store when I tested it. It was soft and very luxurious. When it was delivered it was hard as a rock. Completely solid. The worst mattress I’ve ever experienced in my life! At first I was convinced they sent me the wrong mattress. I tried looking for the tag to compare it to my invoice and there was no tag! The mattress could’ve been from Willy Wonka mattress factory and I wouldn’t have known because there was no identification on the mattress! I went to the store in **** *****t where I purchased it and Ed the store manager arranged for a technician to come out and inspect it. The technician confirmed there wasn’t a tag and it was VERY firm. I was told by customer care to go into the store for next steps. Ed the manager was very gracious and patient. He reached out to the regional manager and was able to get me approved for re-selection. I went to the store and picked out a different mattress of my liking. I got a Sealy Princeton pillow top. I’ve gotten this before and I love it! I only had to pay a small fee and that was it! It was delivered today just a week later. I cannot express how impressed and satisfied I am with this store, it’s management, and it’s dedication to make it right for me. I am a registered nurse and I work long 12-14 hour shifts so my rest/sleep is very precious to me. I appreciate this level of customer service with infinite gratitude. I have faith in customer service again! What a breath of fresh air. I have furnished 4 homes with Ashley furniture and I will continue to be a loyal customer for life! Thank you so much for this service excellence and thank you to Ed and Julio for their hard work to make this right. Good for you Ashley!! This is an outstanding business! I highly recommend with all my heart.

I've tried many different furniture stores over the years, but always come back to Ashley! Our salesperson, Halim, was very helpful, knowledgable, and trustworthy, without being pushy. He gave us time and space to discuss privately without any pressure. We found a few couches but needed to measure our space before we purchased. He gave us his info to contact him when we were ready. He was easy to communicate with and the buying process was very simple online! Thank you Halim :) Delivery of our sectional was super fast and on time. Our guys were fast, efficient, and even helped us move our old couches out. They were in and out in 20 minutes. Amazing! I have bought several items from Ashley Furniture Store and I have had positive experiences. When there have been any minor issues with any of my previous items, they have solved them to my satisfaction. I have recently made another purchase, a power leather recliner, it looks and feels great. The sales associate and store manager from ***********, ** were helpful, friendly, as well as the delivery team!
