From midnight ordering to two days later Fully Assembled Efficient Delifery by two pleasant professional people.Effortless .. However .. Next time I am going Into Ashley store to see what hidden gems an deals I can get! This was My First Ashley Furniture purchase Not My last.Thank You Algorithm for bringing Me to Ashley's on a midnight redecorating jaunt to funtastic results.

Adam was my salesman @Ashley so enthusiastic and wanted to please me, was a bit overwhelming. But once I told him to give me some time he gave me my space. His accommodation to me was wonderful even though I spent more than anticipated I got quality beds and I am very pleased with my purchase.Ashley Furniture HomeStore Stoneledge

Order was confirmed to be delivered on a specific day and required an adult to accept the delivery but after the package was not delivered I called customer service and was told it was left at the side of the house...concerning as it wasn't. Escalated the issue and the next rep said I don't know why they keep sending people to us, we don't know what to do, super professional.... sent me to another rep which said the package had not yet left the warehouse. Seems like an untrustworthy delivery team or could be on the sales/customer service team, but I can't recommend buying from the online service expecting to get a delivery. Monaliza,You are professional, sweet and we loved your Monalizas famous smile.Demo was so much fun and I appreciate the attention you provided for my children, theyve have told me that shopping in Ashley and visiting Monaliza was the best part of the summer 2023 by far. Thanks for being an amazing person and great advisor. Working on my living room I've been on furniture hunts. The idea is to get really nice furniture that will last a good while. Having visited so many other furniture stores, I right away felt the attention to service from the Ashley sales team. Super helpful. The delivery fee's were very reasonable, but I did experience issues with the timing, having someone available to receive was not easy and thus I had to reschedule. Ashely did not complain they easily rescheduled and delivered assembled with care and in great condition. I leave only 4 stars because they do not offer a window of delivery.. They let you choose the date, and they day before they give you the time frame of delivery. But they do not allow a AM or PM delivery so that one can choose a 4 hour time frame so that people can easier be available... say 8am-12pm / 10am-2pm / 12pm-4pm. After purchasing a recliner and going home to find out that it sells on Amazon through Ashley for $600 cheaper I called because they guarantee a price match. I was told no that they only do for brick and mortar stores (which it doesnt say anywhere) so I asked for a refund since I just purchased hour prior and it wasn't to be delivered for a few weeks. I was told my refund was processed and it would take 5-7 business days. I waited 10 business days and still no refund so I called to find out that they never even processed it. I was getting close to the "after 30 days no refund" and I think that is what they were hoping for to keep all my money. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Shady business dealings.
