Lane was a terrific associate who answered all our crazy and incessant questions. He was professional and courteous. We enjoyed our time at the ******* Ashley Furniture store. It’s an important for me to share my experience with Ashley furniture in Broadway store as a disabled veteran. I called this store and requested to speak with the sales associate, I got transferred to Monaliza. She was polite and knowledgeable, she spent times on the phone to search and found the right bed frame for me and ordered it to be delivered in four days later per my request. I called Monaliza few days later and I informed her that I have to reschedule my delivery since I have lost my father in Maryland and I have to leave the town soon. She organized everything for me to making sure that I will have the delivery before I leave for funeral. I received the most beautiful flowers with a thoughtful sympathy card next day from Monaliza which made my day beautiful and I will remember it for rest of my life. Monaliza arranged the delivery process for me as easy as possible, I absolutely loved my new bed frame and I can’t thank Ashley enough for having such a beautiful angel like her in their company. Monaliza is not only the most wonderful sales person I’ve ever met, she is a perfect example of human beings who cares about others. I am grateful to know her.Ashley Furniture HomeStore Stoneledge

Our experience from sales to delivery was great. The sales person at the reception desk at the sales floor was super friendly and helpful and not pushy. She took good care of us. Her sales manager was great. We were so pleased with the bedroom set we purchased that we went back the next day and purchased a sofa. The delivery team was awesome. Friendly. Efficient.
