      I think Francisco was a great salesman and made us feel comfortable as we asked many questions and viewed multiple selections.

      I went to the store to just buy a bed frame I was pressured into buying a new mattress and lumbar support even though I told the lady my mattress was less than one year old she wouldn’t take no for an answer until she got me to cave in and buy close $10,000 worth of items I didn’t need so when I got home I canceled the items online I was told somebody from the store would call and verify my cancellation Marie the lady that pressure me into buying the items called me the next day and ask me why I wanted to cancel the items I told her I changed my mind and she was still trying to pressure me again to changing my mind in keeping the items I told her no I use want to cancel my entire order she said ok and hangs up the next day after that i receive a notification that my item would be delivered in a few days so i was confused and called customer service apparently Marie never cancelled my order she noted on there I was still thinking it over I was so furious can’t believe she went behind my back and did that I will never do business with that company ever again I told the service rep to cancel the entire and I want my refund I been waiting for 4 weeks now and i still haven’t gotten my refund

      We purchased a new bedroom set today. Mike was our salesman and really did a fantastic job. He was knowledgeable about whether or not our adjustable bed would fit and what size we needed to order. When we arrived home, he was dead on! He even later on the floor and showed my husband how to lower our adjustable bed frame. Mikes easy to deal with, kind personality combined with the beauty of the set, sold us! We can’t wait to get our new bedroom!

      I was just cussed out by a man (in photo) named Dan or (Dan) when I simply and kindly expressed to him that I want to work with the store associate “Jenna” who I have been working with for months on a purchase. He went ballistic. Dan said “**** ** ******** * **** ***”. I said, “Are you cussing me out?” He said “Yes I am this is ********, and proceeded to swear as much as possible, angrily screaming at me. I thought it wa going to escalate and get physical so I walked away. I went & spoke with the store manager named Gabriel who told me he “sent Dan home for the day after he made Dan “cool off”. The manager who I appreciated intervening apparently lied to my face. This menacing employee never went home and stayed at the front door working the sales rotation until I left and had to walk past him despite Gabriel promising me I would not have to come in contact with Dan again while shopping.. I will be filing with Ashley corporate and the BBB tomorrow morning (ASAP) about my experience in this franchise location. I had to ask Gabriel to give me a discount after that ordeal which should have been offered without asking and much steeper than what was afforded. Dan didn’t even get in trouble (or a slap on the wrist with lip service to me at most) for quite literally telling a customer “* ***” to their face & “**** ** ********, etc. in front of coworkers and children!! Management (above Gabriel) better be reaching out to me ASAP. This is unacceptable behavior by any business standard. I work in Customer Service and Sales for a living. I would have fired this employee out the door if he were on my team. ***I am VERY disappointed and spent $1200.00 anyway. After discussing this with my wife, we will be returning the couch ASAP. We will NOT be having the furniture delivered a Saturday as planned. We want a full refund ASAP and will go to ******.

      Purchased a full bedroom set with storage and was over charged, I was charged for delivery when I was picking up went to customer service to remedy, rep said glad you caught it and I’ll have to wait till purchase hits the system so I can get a case number and return will take 5 business days …. Just unbelievable ??

      Gus at the Laguna Hills store is the absolute best he is an all-star representative for Ashley. We buy all of our furniture from Gus!!

      I would give 0 stars if I could. Purchased a dining table, but it was of very poor quality. Within few days, bubbles started to come up and wood/polish started to rip off from top of the table. Raised a complaint with them for warranty and they closed the case stating that the defect was customer caused. Did not even bother to inform me about the case being closed, while I was waiting for a technician to visit and look at the defect. Escalated only to have them close the case again without communication. One of the customer service representative told me over phone that the damage could be caused by keeping hot items or spilling drinks on the table! What kind of dining table gets damaged by such usage!!

      I will never buy furniture from this store again. They tell that items are in stock when you purchase them, yet the afternoon before your delivery you get a call saying that don't have it or can't find it. If you try to call the local store you get a call center that is no help. They will tell you that they will make a ticket and someone will call you back within ***** hours. You will NOT get a call back. When you call back, you will waste hours of your time trying to resolve the problem. The call center employees are of no help, they will apologize and put you on hold and will come back with no answers. It's like they hope that you will get frustrated and just hang up. They don't listen or use their brain, they just stick to a script. This is my 2nd go around with this store, my 1st order had damaged items delivered and they were supposed to be redelivered. Over 2 months later I finally gave up and had to make numerous calls to get my money back. I should have learned my ******* If you want to get upset and frustrated, Ashley Furniture in **** is the store for you. ***, the whole delivery system is a complete joke. When the delivery truck gets into town you get an automated call telling you that your furniture will be delivered in 6 minutes. But in reality, it could be 2-3 hours????
