      Awesome store, they have great customer service. They did not pressure me into making a purchase. When I had questions they were able to answer them. Ashley in Folsom is my favorite furniture store!

      I would give ZERO stars. Ashley has been awful to deal with. I bought a sofa, ottoman, dresser, rug, and small coffee tables. The dresser came damaged and incomplete. I still don't have all of the parts to the dresser. Two of my rooms now have scuffs and scratches on the floors. The rug came stained. They sent a second rug, it looks like it was dragged across a dirty floor. Their response was 'that's how the rug is made.' It's been three weeks and the third party handling the in-home damage hasn't responded. The delivery people left their dolly. Save yourself the hassle and DO NOT go to Ashley.

      Customer services salesman very tricky… take advantage of an older senior…. Charge us $134.00 more for an insurance did not display at the time of purchase and we did not needed. Have to talk to manager to return our money

      Sales person knew exactly what I needed. Was able to show me the products and the showroom. The sales person also made me feel comfortable while we were filling out the paperwork and got everything done in a short amount of time that I needed it done.
