    According to the I.R.S., Anyone who prepares or assists in preparing federal tax returns for compensation must have a valid Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN) before preparing returns.     Taxes not filed and no resolution in sight. I was scammed a service while not receiving resolution since April and continue to be lied to, ignored, and blamed for harassment cause he refuses to either finish the job, and or even get back to me after multiple attempts to call him, and have left many messages. These are my family's taxes, and it should be criminal for ***** to allow this to happen. I just want my taxes filed, thats all.

    After talking to Mr. ***** ******* on the phone, he told me that he was not satisfied with my services so I refunded the fee that I charged him for those services.

    He did our 2023 taxes and he never filed them with the irs. We had to get our taxes done over from h& r block costing us another $100.00. I am seeking a 100. 00 refund. I asked him for one and was told a check would be issued. *****************************

    My family and I filed our taxes in the middle of March. Called in early May to see what was going on. Was told by ***** that he had a computer glitch and everything was fine now and all resubmitted and should have our taxes in 14 business days. Called again, he said he had to get completely new software and was very rude. It is now July 23rd and none of us have received our taxes. What is going on??! There are terrible reviews, and ******** posts all over that are having our same issue. This guy is a total thief.

    I filed my tax return with Munsch ************************** Services in ******, ** April 12th, 2024. I received the sheet that confirms he filed it, but I have not received my return in my checking account and it also does not show on the *** website that they have been filed. After some search on ********* it looks like other people are having the same exact issue. I will be filing late with another tax preparation company, but I'd like to try and get my $130 back that has already been cashed (via check) by Munsch.

    On February 14th 2024 I had my taxes filed. That was kind of weird that never received a response back from ***** and March 14th I called ***** he said that he resubmitted them. On April 4th they should he said they should be coming soon he was having a software issue and still working through it. April 25th I should be receiving my taxes by May 2nd or 3rd. On May 21st he said he resubmitting them on the 21st or the 22nd now he has a way to verify them if they were accepted. On June 2nd no answer and I called and left a message. I paid $85 to get my taxes done and I still have not received them as of June 14th 2024. ********************* needs to be held accountable for his business services refund money and get these taxes filed and pay any penalties.

    ***** has been doing our taxes for years. This year he took our money and never filed our taxes. When I call nobody picks up. Lights are off and Closed. After realizing he didn't file my taxes I took them to HRBlock and they went over them and filed. I want to get all my files back also.

    Munsch accounting We paid this accounting firm to do our taxes !! They have NOT filed its been months!! There is many ! Many others About 2500 people according to him and every person he speaks to hes rude and acts like its not his fault and tells customers that with us complaining hes putting our return all the way at the end !! We paid ****** I want that money back ! And my taxes filed ! As its his job to do so

    Scoot Munsch Tax service ******, Wi. Scoot did our taxes Feb 27 2024 it is now April 27 and no refunds have come to us. Called a few weeks ago and Scoot everyone's taxes where taking longer. We paid him $70.00 and check was cashed back in Feb or March. We now heard he didn't file alot of tax papers for other people what do I did now, will I get fined for getting them in late? I don't know who to talk to please help us I have to paid my second half of property taxes and don't have the money

    We paid for our taxes to be completed and e-filed. Our taxes are dated 2/14/2024. As of 4/27/2024 we have yet to receive our state return. From what I can determine, our taxes were never filed.
