    On February 5th both my daughter and I went to Munsch Accounting to have our 2023 taxes completed and electronically filed. The taxes were completed while we were there and the tax returns were supposed to be electronically filed for us. We paid a total of $130.00 ($50.00 for my daughter's tax return and $80.00 for my tax return ). After not receiving our tax refund after waiting 3 weeks, I called Munsch accounting to see if there was an error in submitting the taxes. I was told there was no error. He assured me that even though the Refund tracking tool would not track our tax refund they were submitted to the **** After waiting another week, we called the *** to verify that our tax returns were received and they said there was no record of our tax returns being submitted. I followed up again with Munsch accounting and was told there was a software glitch and the taxes were not submitted. He had no idea how long it would take to fix the issue. Now its been 5 weeks since our tax returns were supposed to be electronically filed and the *** still does not have them. We paid to have our taxes electronically filed and our check was cashed and now its been 5 weeks since then and the *** still does not have our tax return. We just want our tax returns electronically submitted as this was the service we paid for. Five weeks is more than enough time to have the software issue resolved. I believe that we have been beyond reasonable waiting 5 weeks for our taxes to be electronically filed. Munsch Accounting needs to be responsible for fulling the services that were paid for by their customers
