    I contacted this business to fix a leak from our upstairs bathroom and replace our shower. We found out about the problem when our downstairs ceiling fell as a result of a water leak over many years. We bought the new shower and they agreed to replace it as well as any and all damages done from water leaking. The new shower works great but continues to leak water from underneath the base and all the new flooring is ruined. They have offered to re caulk the shower several times but that has not fixed the water leak. They have been here 10+ times in over a 1 yr time span and the water leak is still an issue. Since the main cause of this issue has been a water leaking issue and has not been solved I am writing this complaint. The main crew leader has said what the crew will do as a next step but that is not what gets done. They must have a communication problem. So we are no longer trusting them to do this job as it has been over a yr with no solutions. And here we sit with a rotten bathroom floor and mold growing and it is effecting our downstairs bathroom yet still.

    I called Fuhrmann Heating and Cooling to service my AC unit. They arrived and charged the unit on or about 7/22/2022. The unit is in working condition. I have called 3 times asking for an explanation as to why they feel the need to charge over double what 3 other local contractors would have charged for the Freon that was used. They will not return my call or give me an explanation other than that is what we have in our system to charge. They told me they would have ***** call me back. I have yet to hear from *****. This is an excessive charge and cant believe they try to take advantage of people this way.Other Contractors Called for pricing include: *************************** Heating and Cooling *********, ** Advanced Custom Geo Thermal ****, ** LDS *******, ** All 3 charge less than 1/2 of what I have been charged. I will pay a revised bill or if they do not revise the bill to a reasonable and customary ammount I will let others know to avoid them for future use.
