Rausch Sturm has not provided any active points of communication only that they call you, I have repeatedly tried to call the company in question to make a payment over the phone only for the line to disconnect after I press the english option #3 on their phone voice menu. I was making payments online but due to a routing number error and not a lack of funds in the account error ********************************************* did not receive a payment in November and immediately cut my access to online payments I I did after much trouble was able to correct the error and make the payment. please see the attached PDF files showing my payments , this company must and should have working phones that are answered when called so that people like myself can make payments over the phone if the situation/or need should arise. I have had this debt for some time going back to 2020 due to covid I was not in the position to make reparations regarding the debt however i always took there calls and also corresponded willfully to get the current payment set up which has been paid up to December, I now have not oprions to make payments but to spend additional money and gas to go out to a rural post office to get a money order then mail it, no one should be forced to go through these paces to make a payment for anything, and am demanding that 1 either the company Rausch Sturm provide working phone numbers that lead to a live person to take a card payment or that Rausch Sturm delete my file close my case and never contact me again, I have no problem making my payment but I will not be forced/coerced into making payments that will cost me extra time and additional funds regardless of the amount.

I received a letter in the mail from my Banking Institution about a debt collection. I am disputing this claim. This is the second time Rausch Sturm LLP has served my banking institution with a notice of garnishment without providing me with debt verification documentation showing I have a debt with Rausch Sturm LLP, Cavalry SPV I, LLC. In 2021 I filed a complaint with BBB requesting Rausch Sturm LLP to provide documentation verifying this debt. Per 15 USC ****g Sec. 809 (b)of the ***** this request was not fulfilled. The law prohibits harassment of any kind per the consumer act. I am requsting Rausch Sturm LLP to cease and dismiss the Notice of Garnishment with my banking institution, the courts and all credit reporting agencies.

I received a letter in the mail about debt collection and they have even gone as far to send a summons at the same time. I have been attempting to contact serval times to get account cleared and when I attempted to call the number on the letter I received ************ it hangs up after I select any options, I have requested a call back several time and tried to chat with them, which is never available. It is unfair that this is ending ** in small claims court even though I have been attempting to pay off my account. This has been very stressful and no way to contact them for resolution.

Rausch filled a judgment on me on September 2019 in Williamson County. In December of 2022 my bank account was garnished for the amount of $1204.27 which is greater than what is owed, I contacted their office back in 2022 to have this removed from the court and credit file; which to no avail along with no letter the debt was paid. I recently received a letter for interrogatories on the same debt, I contacted their office and (**************************** which is the company that just collects the debt(, to be told they don't know where the funds are and they would get back to me. I have called and emailed with no response now they (Rausch and ****************************) are trying to collect on the same debt. The over payment is $185.00 as the interest rate is ****% that was ordered from the court not ****%. This is an overreach by both attorney offices with leaving my account on hold as they try to collect again. I would like this resolved with a letter that it is paid and removed from my credit file along with the reimbursement of the overcharge of funds.

I have sent several emails, and called with the response of reaching out to their financial department to find the funds that were garnished from my bank account. They have sent a letter STILL seeking the funds so now they are trying to double collect. This company and *************************** are irresponsible this case should be dismissed and I will contact Williamson county to let them know of the irresponsibilitys. This was paid almost a year ago plus they took more than what was allocated from the court corruption on both attorneys offices

They have yet to respond to my emails

On April 2022 I received a letter from Rausch Sturm LLP about a debt that I owed to a Credit Card from *************** I made an agreement with this institution based on make an automatic debt in my personal checking account ************ every other week, matching the days with my payment day, so I will be sure that funds are available for the payment. This will be effective until I finish to pay around October 2023. I was agree and I fulfilled the agreement month by month and Rausch Sturm LLP also fulfilled the agreement to do the automatic debts until 06-16-2023. This day it was the last time they did an automatic debt in my personal account. I waited to see if for any system/technology problem they could not do the payment in the day stablished. It didn't happen in the following days. 06-30-2023 it should be the next debt, it didn't happen either. 07-14-2023 it was other payment day established and since they never sent me an email or mail saying what was going on, on 07-18-2023 I called them. The person who attended me could not either tell me any reason of why they stopped fulfilling the agreement stablished and also no reason why they didn't contact me. I made a payment of $100 that day and I was told next payment it will be debited on 08-11-2023 and so on, every other week until the last payment November 3rd 2023. I called again today, since, again I didn't get any debt in my checking account, even when funds are carefully keeping there for this purpose. The lady that attended me didn't give me again any reason. Finally the best she could tell me it was a new payment day now August 25th 2023 and a following dates that are not the original agreement and a final payment now on December 29th 2023, because "I missed two payments". I did not! THEY MISSED THE ****** not ME. She told me that I have a problem with postal office (I went to ***** No issues) because they got a returned mail and for that reason they can not precede with debts. I asked to change address, to my work address and she denied and asked to send me an email, and she said it is not possible. It is also not possible do online payments. So, how and when I suppose to finish the payments?? This is unbelievable. They need to respect times and dates and fulfill agreements done. They have all contact information for clients in case something happens.

Yet somehow they are now trying to garnish interest past the last garnishment payment due to the way theyre system is This is more like fraud than anything else. A judgment was filed against me for wage garnishment. I was unaware of the judgment prior to my payroll department reaching out to me to notify me of the wage garnishment. I called the business to work out a payment plan to stop the garnishment and they would not work with me. I was not notified in time to file an exemption from the garnishment. I am unable to afford them taking $800 per month out of my paycheck. They bypassed the statute of limitations on collection by filing for the judgment in January of 2020 and I was not duly notified of this.

The sent wage garnishment I found out Monday. Tuesday the bill was paid in full. Friday my employer still hasn't received anything that its resolved. I have called several times asking for something to be faxed because nothing should be taken from my check and all I'm told is the attorneys have to do it. But I shouldn't have to be garnished. That adds extra stress and then I will need to be calling for a refund garnishments are supposed to be until satisfied and its satisfied. So they should be making every effort to ensure I dont get an unnecessary garnishment and they are not. I want this faxed to my employer no later than 8am 7/3. Everyone I talk to says they see its paid.
