I received court order with this company as the receiver. I have attempted to call them multiple times, left voicemails, and sent emails. No one ever responds or picks up the phone. How can you resolve a financial matter with a company that refuses to respond to inquiries. This is bad business practice, and companies such as this should not allow to exist.

On 02/10/2025, I received a notice in the mail from this company that we had court on 02/06/2025, making it impossible for me to attend. We also apparently had court on January 2, 2025, but I was never notified of this. I tried to reach out to the company multiple times via voicemail and email, and was ignored every time. I learned independently that we have court again on 06/05/2025. I also tried making a payment of $21.09 on the online portal on 05/07/2025, as that was all of the money I had available. Since then, my payment was declined, and my portal has been locked. I have exhausted all of my resources trying to reach out to this company and make a payment plan that works for us to no avail. At this point, my only option is to attend court on 06/05/2025 and try to resolve this issue. I feel as though this company purposely did not notify me of the court, as the letter was dated 02/04/2025, and I did not receive it in the mail until 02/10/2025, making it impossible to attend. I have tried making plans to make a payment arrangement and they are not communicating with me.

I have been paying off a debt with Rausch and Sturm. They were taking money out of my checking acct.I decided to stop that and pay them myself and to see if I could make a lower payment.I talked to them in ***.I asked if I could make payments online. The person in *** said yes, I then made a payment.I then made another payment in Feb.I called to let them know. The employee I spoke to made me feel embarrassed, uncomfortable and humiliated. She said the payment I made in *** shouldn't have processed and should have been credited back to my checking acct. The employee made me feel embarrassed, uncomfortable and I started to cry and feel anxiety then the employee wanted to know my location to send someone to me but she didn't say who she would send. She kept asking for my location. I told her I am safe and I am in no harm. Because of this uncomfortable conversation I called a week later and spoke to a supervisor. The supervisor apologized. I then got a check mailed to me for the pymnt I made in ***. The payment I made in February has not been credited to this debt. Every time I call they tell me my acct is locked and only a supervisor can access it and they transfer me several times until a supervisor tells me the same thing. I got transferred to the above mentioned employee in April again and she said my acct is locked and the only way to pay is to send a money order or money gram because I had two payments returned but one was due to stopping the direct debit and the other supposedly from my payment I made in *** which did get taken out of my checking account. Talking with this employee again made me feel very uncomfortable. The money gram number she gave me comes up with a different name Rausch Sturm ************************************************ This is not the name Im used to so I am worried the money will go somewhere else and Im afraid if I mail a money order it might get lost in the mail or not processed. I'm also afraid of retaliation. I have also emailed them and have gotten no replies back.

I was being sued by Rausch Sturm LLP for a debt. I tried settling out of court by setting up a payment plan that would auto deduct. I thought it was all good. However, I received another notice stating I was not complying (which I was). I also got a payment plan letter to set up a payment plan. I tried setting it up AGAIN online but was unable to do so. I have tried calling multiple times, I have emailed, and have not received a call back. The phone rings for nearly 20 minutes, no one answers, then it goes to voicemail. No one has returned my call. When you try emailing to the email address provided on the letter from them, it gets returned as undeliverable. How am I suppose to pay and settle this debt if I can't get in contact with anyone. I have seen numerous complaints about this firm. I think they just want to go to court. I am not trying to get out of paying my debt. I am trying to comply; however, they are not trying to help.

This company has been mailing to me been for several years at least twice a month for someone who does not live here. I appears to be my ex but we have divorced for over 10 years. I discussed this with him and he has no clue what this is about. We are on good terms and I believe him. I have no ides who ******************** Purchasing is. When I called them to instruct them not to send anymore letters for me I was hung up on. I am back with an update to our issue with *********************************************** that was already ***orted on here by my wife. Within hours of ***orting them to BBB our payment magically finally goes through. But zero contact can be made still and they kicked us out of being able to log back in with an error message attached beginning with uh oh based on the status of your account we made a verbal agreement on Thursday March 27th to a settlement of *****. They said they couldnt let us pay right then, had to wait for physical documents expected Monday 31st. They had us served on Sunday, March 30th despite already reaching an agreement days before. We got them to honor it still, we signed and mailed the docs and made virtual payment immediately on the 31st. We made 4 payments as their system kept failing the payments within ***** hours in. We were told on April 4th by a *** that our bank unauthorized pmt/insufficient funds, we called our bank and they confirmed they had not rejected a pmt and hadnt even seen an attempt! We have been ghosted by R&S since and today they tried to pull our account for a second check for the remaining balance past our settlement agreement! Also attached. Never heard of a debt collector not wanting money, weve had to fight to make a stinkin payment and its obvious they were trying to hold us past agreeable date so they could say we didnt pay and garnish wages for full amount. We paid to delete and we want that honored and removed from our credit ***ort! We accepted the debt, took responsibility and held up our agreement, please hold up yours. We tried to avoid any ***orting or slandering but R&S is refusing any and all communication attempts.
