Regarding RSIEH File #******* I was court ordered to pay $1507.98 with monthly payments of $125.66 beginning January 30, 2020 with final payment of $125.72 on December 30, 2020. In the court documents dated December 9, 2019 it was stated that "Upon confirmation of Defendants completion of the above payment terms, Plaintiff shall file with the Court the appropriate satisfaction of judgment and provide Defendant(s) with a copy of said filing(s)." As of today 4/11/2024 the satisfaction of judgement has not been filed with the court. The City Clerk of court has reached out to Rausch and Sturm to receive a copy, I have reached out and my lawyer has also reached out. They are refusing to provide any of us with a copy of these documents. It is affecting my life because as a result of divorce I am required to refinance my home and put it solely in my name and have my ex-husbands name removed. Once the house is refinanced I will be able to sell it. Because I do not have a copy of this judgement on file I have had to reschedule my closing twice. I live in another state and this is affecting both my personal and work life because I am paying a mortgage on a house that I no longer live in and I am having to request time off from work for the closing dates that are scheduled only to have to cancel and reschedule due to not having this paperwork.Business Response

A past debt was transferred to rausch ***** filing number ******* collection of *******. I arranged a payment plan of ****** on 11/30/24 on their online site. It was supposed to be an automated payment but apparently it was deemed only a one time payment. On 3//15/24 I received a letter from the sheriff of stutsman county demanding payment on this debt. I immediately called customer service and arranged and reset up our ****** A month payment plan for the 15th of each month. As of today i have been unable to access my account details online: I get an errror message claiming no online access due to the status of my account. I have called repeatedly asking for access and they claim it should be working but they dont know why. I refuse to pay a debt that I cannot see transparently online. I was told on march 16th it would be restored by 30 days. It has now been almost 90 days. **************** is rude and will not take responsibility to fix this. They did not even have a record of my 2nd call. I have made a total of 3 calls. I have even threatened to revoke my automatic monthly payment authorization if my online access to my account is not restored. The rep stated, thats your prerogative I am willing to pay this debt but I demand access to transparent viewing of and payment of my account online as is offered on their website and billing statements.Business Response

The nature of the dispute is I don't know this company: Rausch, Strum, Israel, Enerson @ ************** charged off my sons Guardian Account that has my name attached to it. I dont make any transactions on the account except giving my son money from my SSDI check. The card my son uses has his name on it, not mine and they had no right messing with my son's account. Hello, this is my second time filing a complaint against this business. I have nothing to do with this business or whatever they are calling about and told them as such. Yet they are repeatedly calling me to the point of harassment. My account was garnished but evidence shows that the debt collector was at fault. They failed to debit my account in July, 2022 but the funds were available. But I received no correspondence from them at that time. They continued debiting my account until the last payment in August, 2023. I requested a refund of all monies garnished minus the $275 that I know they are owed. I am not getting a satisfactory reply from. I received this email from *****************************: ****, If you are able to make up the $275 payment from July 2022, we are happy to close down the file as paid and release the garnishment.Thank you, *****************************????, Manager - Collections *********************************************************** ************ I replied with the following: Good Evening ********************** The $275 of which you mention was taken from my account along with additional charges for legal fees. The problem is not the $275 but the fact that my account was frozen not because of my error but your company's error. Your company failed to execute the transaction. A simple email to me could have resolved this matter. Pure arrogance has cost me more than $275 leaving my bank account negative and my rent left unpaid. I did not receive any notification of this garnishment until 8 days later via regular mail. I am requesting a return of all monies minus the $275 which your company should have debited in July, 2022 where you can see from the statement the funds were available. ******************* The document titled "DOC011624" is what I received 8 days after the garnishment. I had no prior notice. This could have been resolved with a phone call. The document titled "Docs For DSK" is the contract I signed, and statements of the ***********, the final debit and the where clearly they made an error and did not take the money.Business Response

This company, Rausch and Strum LLP, was in charge of a credit card debt for ************** that in December of 2018 they took me to court for.At the hearing I acknowledged the debt was mine and was told I would be receiving paperwork so we could work out a payment plan.I waited for paperwork but never received any until May of 2021 when the sent intent to garnish my wages.I called and the woman told me there was nothing I could do by because the garnishment process was already started except for complete the exemption form, which I had intended to do till I seen my employer was incorrect.I contacted them again and spoke to a women who seemed more helpful, I asked if I should complete the paperwork with incorrect employer and she told me that the company that they sent paperwork to would say I did not work there and then they would have to send new paperwork and I would be able to submit exemption form then. She also had me email several items so they could attempt to set a payment plan for me.After I sent attempted to make sure she received and if a payment plan could be reached by never received a response.I waited again with no communication until in October of 2022 they began garnishing my check without any notice.I emailed them in December to figure out the balance so I knew how long this would continue I figured about 6 months but wanted to make sure.About 2 weeks after that I received paperwork that they would be stopping the garnishment and I emailed them again without response. Then in May of 2023 I received another set of garnishment payment and submitted the exemption form which they did not contest.I sent another email regarding the funds they had already taken from my checks.Synchrony sent a letter, it said the account was sold with the full balance, the almost $2400 they took out of my checks for months was never taken off total.I sent another email requesting a response and no response. If the money was not taken off the total debt where is the money?Business Response
