      I paid this firm $11,200 in good faith, only for them to turn around and sue me for the exact same amount after full payment was made. This is not just unprofessional — it's fraudulent and completely unethical. The entire experience was a nightmare. Their staff is rude, disorganized, and unresponsive. They constantly gave me the runaround, failed to deliver on basic promises, and showed zero accountability for their actions. There was no transparency, no follow-through, and no sense of integrity. Every time I tried to get answers, I was either ignored or met with excuses. Instead of resolving the issue like a reputable business, they chose to take legal action for money they already received. It honestly felt like I was being scammed from day one. Do yourself a favor and avoid this company at all costs. They are horrible to work with, completely untrustworthy, and in my opinion, operate like a fraud ring disguised as a legitimate business. I wouldn’t wish this experience on anyone.

      I have been making payments on my account for over a year on time every month and all of a sudden nothing no contact no phone call no access to website no email response do i not owe this debt ??? left messages no response very unprofessonial if i get served papers again from you guys im going to counter sue you for unfair anxiety i always make my payments on time there is no reason not to answer or return a phone call unacceptable behavior

      THIS IS THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL LAW FIRM IN EXISTENCE. I DON'T EVEN THINK ANYONE OPERATES AT THEIR SO CALLED OFFICE. NOONE ANSWERS THE PHONE OR REPLIES BACK TO YOUR EMAILS. I'VE BEEN CALLING FOR WEEKS AND MULTIPLE TIMES A DAY AND NOT A SINGLE RESPONSE. GOOD LUCK TRYING TO EMAIL THEM THROUGH THEIR WEBSITE. THEY HAVE IT SET-UP THAT IF YOU WRITE CERTAIN THINGS THAT CAN GET THEM IN TROUBLE, IT WILL NOT GO THROUGH AND YOU GET AN ERROR MESSAGE. TRUST ME, I'VE TRIED MANY TIMES. THEY THINK THEY'RE SO SLICK AND WE'RE THE STUPID ONES. THEY ARE OUT TO BURN CONSUMERS IN EVERY WAY POSSIBLE. ALL THESE 5 STAR REVIEWS ARE STRAIGHT **. DO NOT FALL FOR IT. IF I COULD GIVE THEM NEGATIVE STARS, I WOULD. UNBELIEVABLE.

      These are nothing but scammers trying to dig up old paid off accounts through other debt collectors. They have been giving a cease and desist from me 4 years ago and they have stopped calling but continue to send fake and fraudulent court documents. They have been doing this for over 13 years.

      I have been trying to get in contact with someone at this firm for nearly a YEAR. I had a collection account that was reassigned to Rausch Sturm LLP, and was given their number by the previous agency. NO ONE answers the phone, in English or Spanish, and the waiting music plays incessantly. They have no email address to contact, and there are no "live" chat options available through their website. I wish I could leave ZERO stars but oh well.

      I have called them NUMEROUS times to settle the debt outside of court. I have sent them many emails to no avail. I submitted my payment and yet they still will not respond to me. I think they just want to go to court and make things harder for people they are rude and horrible.

      They are not truthful, they cannot be trusted saying that they received returned mail from me so they stopped my auto payments although they still had access to deduct the agreed upon amount from my account. Returned mail caused my payment plan to be stopped which I was unaware for two years. They sent mail to me at a vacant property and they had my bank to freeze my account causing me to have more financial issues They could have continued to take out the payments but now all of a sudden they want the entire balance that I owe by force grabbing it from my bank account. They are rude and immoral. Bad business practices. They are scammers and frauds.

      I would give no stars. This ******* crew is out to rob the people blind and doing it like the snakes they are. You can setup a payment plan, they will lie and garnish your wages. They will sue you with no knowledge of it to get a default judgment and then completely ruin your life from that point on. People like this end up on lists like CEOs of insurance companies. Good luck because the people are fighting back against corruption in all aspects.
