      They are money hungry raising rent and other expenses such as laundry higher every year. They put money into painting instead of fixing our units. Do Not rent from them.

      I have been living at the gateway estates apartments for 2 and a half years now. And accidentally had a check bounce while I was away on military orders. Not only was I unable to get a hold of the land lord. I was unable to even find a number associated with that address that wasn't disconnected. They send me emails saying I need to sign things through an email I can't reply to. They have raised our rent twice in the past year and have not yet even replace our door that let's in cold air. They have not updated our appliances in over 15 years minimum. And we have been battling with black mold from the upstairs unit for over a year now. Since my account bounced I now need to go to a walgreens to wire transfer my money to them. This is unfair and a waste of my time...
