      Koch Kuts does the mowing and edge trimming of our neighbor's property. During the week of September 10, 2022, Koch Kuts employees damaged our chain link fence with the mower deck of their mower. The impact and forward motion of the mower caught and yanked the fence distorting it over several feet. I discovered the twisted damage a couple of days later while mowing my yard.Please call me for the remainder of the complaint as it exceeds the capacity of this form.

      I offered to help earlier to put this to a close for something we may or may not have done, for all I know it was existing and we are getting blamed for it.  He now wants the entire fence replaced for 2 small damaged squares at the bottom that you can not even see without looking for it, the request is completely unreasonable, and unacceptable and most likely no matter what we do other than a complete replacement, it will never be satisfied. 

      As stated before: I believe you will need to find an alternative, $875.00 is absolutely ridiculous for a few damaged squares at the bottom of a fence.  I don't have a problem helping pay for the repair to bring this to a close if it is a reasonable number, and that is not.  Let me know what else you can come up with.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

      Now the owner of Koch Kuts "******" is accusing me of lying when his employee who could barely speak English admitted to causing the damage. The fence cannot be fixed it must be replaced. Fence companies have told me this. I had just had it recoated in place to last many years. Why would I have done that if it was in bad shape. This company should not be allowed to continue serving the public using modified OSHA violating modified mower decks that could not only damage property but hurt people and employees.

      It's a Sad system we have in this world today.
