I purchased a compact utility tractor from Union trailer and power equipment, who is a dealer for ******** manufacturing. The papers were drawn up on 5-20-25. On may 23, union attemped to deliver it to my home, but the hydrolic system i paid extra for was not attached, so they had to order that. It didnt get delivered to my house til 6-20-25, friday. It still needed the mower deck, i was told they would drop it off that monday or tuesday, 6-23, 6-24. It had not arrived yet by 6-30 end of day. I was not contacted this whole time from the20th til the 30th. From the beginning i was speaking to **** ********* each time i called to ask about the status of the tractor. On 7-1, i text ****, asked was my mower deck there yet. He respond yes. Just yes. I said i was coming to get it, it was supposed to have been delivered a week ago. He said its not together yet, i said i'll do it myself, i need my mower deck. When i got there and checked the box it was in, there was no hardwear for attachment. I asked where it was, he told me it didnt come with that. He insisted it didnt. I had never heard that before. So i stopped at ********** and spent $61.00 dollers for what i needed for the deck, the things that were not provided, i have the reciept for that. I called the other dealer in ****************, **, and the man there assured me the mower decks certainly do come with all nessisary parts, and he doesnt know why he told me it doesnt. All this makes me very leery if in future i should need to use the warranty it comes with, judging from the lack of professionalism and downright negligance on their part. The utility tractor cost me $23,754, and once the paperwork was finalized and i began waiting for the tractor to come intact to my house, the lack of urgancy or concern on their part went well away. I forgot to include their phone number, i'll provide it now- ************. I dont know how to send a picture of my receipt with my complaint, but have it should that be needed in futur

Good afternoon. I have reached out to **** but have not talked directly to him yet. I did talk with his wife and go thru the situation with her. I have told her that I will be sending a check for more than the dollar amount requested. I will continue to reach out to **** to speak directly to him and he also has my number as well to reach out to me.

Went and got a verbal quote on replacing lights and all wires on a 30ft featherlite livestock trailer and was told $1500-$2000 depending on how much work the brakes took to get going (because there part of the wiring harness) made appointment and was told they may have trailer for 3 days. I was contacted each day they had it, the morning I dropped off I had asked if they would put a winter cord for front plug on gooseneck, was told thats what thy were going to install, when I picked trailer up the bill was $4844.44, I asked why and was told because it was 3 days of labor but we had scheduled 3 days to start with. They did not replace all wires they just replaced some and they did not put winter cord plug on gooseneck, when I got it home I finished tying wires up under trailer that were hanging loose, I did call back following day to speak to manager and was told there was nothing he was willing to do about the bill being it was $2800.00 more than was quoted.

I bought a utility trailer 3 weeks ago from Union Trailer. One of the wheels is completely locked up on the trailer and will not rotate. I have only driven the trailer from the store to home. Now I cannot move the trailer because of this issue and they are saying that I need to pay to have the trailer brought to them on a flat bed or "drive it on the road in it's current state" which is obviously not possible and very dangerous. The trailer was obviously faulty from purchase.

I did speak with this customer on the phone and I assured him that if he could get his trailer to us I would move him to the front of the line to get him fixed and going. We have no way to get his trailer back to our shop and advised him to contact a towing company to haul it. I have attached a copy of the Big Tex warranty where it clearly states the transportation of his trailer would be up to him. He also was telling me how he only drove the trailer 100 ***** maybe. I googled ************** ** to ******** ** and it shows aprox. 126 miles. He was also explaining to me he was two weeks behind on his weekend job/work and I get his frustration but in no way is this our fault. All of our trailers are inspected before they leave our lot to make sure everything is working properly so him saying that it maybe didnt work when he left is not true and also if the wheel does not turn he would have had a flat tire by the time he drove to Tomahawk. I feel bad the customer had this experience but in no way have we done anything wrong! Infact I offered to move him to the front of the line and get his trailer in and fixed as soon as he got it here.
