Booked airline flights using Credit card points, had to cancel last year long before flights. We were sent an email confirmation that stated to contact them when we were ready to rebook. We contacted them 6 weeks ago and they are telling us we had a year to rebook the flights. Nowhere was that information given to us. We've been calling and waiting for call backs. Uchoose Rewards is who we have to speak to. Even with the one year, we were two weeks past the one year when IO contacted them. There is no way we would have given up $2600 in value. Not sure why they just didnt re-apply those points to our card. I dont know where to go to get help

My complaint is against 3 people at State Bank of Cross Plains. *******************, ********************* and *************************. First let me say that I understand a trust/estate is a long complicated process but the complaint is about the lack of customer service and communication. It has been 17 months since the process began and primarly worked with *************************. Not once in this time has ******* reached out to us its been phone calls and emails to him then a response if even one. In early June my brother and I met with ******* for a partial payment and were told we would receive the rest by the end of June. With no response from him I reached out late June about progress and he said he would get back to me after 4th of July holiday.Since then I have sent 2 emails and a phone call to ********************* with no respose from either. As of today I feel like this is theft as we as we are owed between $50,000 and $100,000. As I stated in beginning I understand its a process but between my brother and I we have had to make every call to get information on things we dont understand. I even put a call into the ** ******************* but no return call. Losing a family member is hard enough but then to follow that with almost 2 years of this has been very hard on us. Thanks *********************.
