My rating is 0.All I can say after joining their service program in June of 2024 is "Buyer Beware".I don't even know where to begin and I know this is a bit of a long read, but truly worth your time.Let me try. Their monthly service program which I paid $20 a month for until today suggest "they will call you when your next service is needed". Well guess what I had to call them to schedule my winter ************* they showed up and tried to suggest that my ** rating was so high that the legally had to shut down furnace. The service guy turned off the gas and advised me to let his supervisor come out to verify his findings. OMG now I have no heat, no immediate resolutions (except for space heaters in their van) and the whole family coming for Thanksgiving.Well, the supervisor showed up and suggested at a minimum we replace the heater exchange which apparently about to give. Estimate $1900, but then also suggested we might want to consider replacing the entire furnace since in their experience, other parts might also need replacing. Estimate for new furnace over $9000 and oh by the way they could install tomorrow just in time for Thanksgiving. Really?I informed them that this was very concerning, life threatening and I needed some time to figure out what to do and at least needed a second opinion. Within 2 hours we had our old vendor show up (who we did business with for 13 years). Guess what? Our furnace is fine, he did not get any high ** ratings that would cause us any concern and that everything in the unit was working fine (only 12 years old).I began to wonder if the invoice I paid in the spring for the air conditioning visit ($703) was even ************, now I have paid $100 in monthly fees, $703 for servicing my a/c in just 6 months with this outfit.I really don't know what their business strategy is, but I can tell you this. I will no longer do business with them, once again Buyer Beware!

Do not recommend!! They are way overpriced. Sold us a furnace way too big for our house. Once installed they told us the static pressure is way too high and our ducts are unable to handle it. Recommended we change our duct work and estimated $16k. Called local heating companies and they all said they are well known for this. We were able to fix their problem they created for $1k. Stay Away!!

I had been part of a paid program w/ HH which included a furnace tuneup. I was having issues w/ my April air; It turns out that the switch for the water supply was shut off by the HH technician who did our last check up 6 months prior. While there, the tech amazingly found that our heat exchanger was "failing" and needed to be replaced. He claimed their were "holes" in the exchanger and told my wife that it wasn't safe for our family. So he proceeded to turn off the gas to the furnace and told us to use our gas fire place to heat our house until they got the part in the next day for the repair. After breaking the news, he offered a $27k solution to fix all our problems (there are nice houses in my neighborhood), but we just wanted to replace the part which, low and behold, was still under manufacturer warranty and free; however, the labor cost, was somewhere around $4k... right. The whole thing was a fiasco with 2 techs coming in and out of the house, and calls being made to the manager about pricing and procedures... a real production. We questioned everything and after we were informed by another blindsided HH customer that we should get a second opinion, we did just that. We had 2 other reputable companies come in and review our furnace; specifically checking CO levels and inspecting the heat exchanger. Neither one of those techs from the other companies found issues with the air quality or the exchanger. One tech pointed out that we needed to replace a seal, but that was it. After all of this, HH contacted us with a $130+ charge for a tune up. I called back to dispute the charge since it should have been included with our membership and also let them know what all had transpired with their run around. Their GM called me back defending their position, but all I wanted was for them to erase the fee that they said would be included. The GM said he would look into it, but I never heard back from him & this morning I received a bill reminder for the tune up.
