      Have multiple cameras and I have not had them working for months been on hold multiple times to be sent to voicemail. Not sure if I would purchase this product again. I have solar panels for all of my units. Just wish their customer service would contact me back without being on hold for hours to be led to voicemail

      I wish I would have read the reviews, with out wasting more of my time their product does not live up to their advertisement. Many trips into the woods trying to set up cameras, repurchasing SD cards they claim are bad I could not get all the cameras to work. Customer service apparently does not know how to solve the issues they have. The company does not stand behind their products. It is to bad after spending a good amount of money I had better results with out the door cameras from a local store.

      Poor customer service!! Ordered and paid for a replacement antennae on June 25. Tentative delivery date listed was July 5. Accounted for the holiday and waited for additional time. No package. Called back July 10 and was told the package was at a delivery facility for 3 weeks (obviously lost and wasnt in transit). Was told by cust. svc that I had to file a missing package with ***** They refused to reissue the antennae. Will look for a replacement camera system with better customer service.

      Hello and thank you for your review. When you called on July 10th, your package was with the United ******************** in ********** *** We do see this from time to time with the ***** If you have not received your antennae, please contact us and we will get one reissued.

      Sorry to say I was sold 3 G5109 cameras and was told that they could be connected by ********* Sorry to say they won't work together. The customer service stated Sorry but we don't train the people selling you the cameras WTF Now will sell my cameras and buy the Wildgame brand **** expect any help from this company.

      Hello *********************. Sorry to hear about your experience with our cameras. You mentioned selling your cameras. I'm not sure what retailer you purchased your cameras from, but our recommendation would be for you to go back to the retail store and return 2 of the G5109 cameras. The cameras you would need in place of those are the LL2A. That would allow you to link all of the cameras together as you wish..

      I have had it for a year and love it . It’s easy to use if I can do anyone in the world can . Only thing that sucks is my wife says I’m lazy now don’t go out I. Woods as much in off season .
