We purchased tickets for an event that was to occur in September of 2024. Princess my Party cancelled the event and said that it would be rescheduled. I reached out several times asking when it was to be rescheduled and the date kept getting pushed back. ******* comes along they said they were rescheduling for ******* 12. Still no updates or news of the event. I reached out yet again, this time I asked for a refund. They stated that they refunded me Friday ******* 3. They said it would take 10 business days to get to me. 15 business days later, I reached out asking the status and they couldn't tell me. Asked I wait until they talk to their bank the following Monday. I waited, Tuesday I reached out looking for an update and they still had not talked to the bank. I waited again. On Sunday Feb 3, they stated they would refund to my ****** account. I still have not been refunded. I've been checking in with them daily often going without a reply. It has now been 5 business days I have been waiting. The ticket prices were $30 a piece and I bought 5. I've spent money into their "party" that they cancelled and never rescheduled. It should not take 5 months to get a refund for a show that was to take place in September.Business Response

Be leery of this scamming business. I purchased tickets in May for an event in June. The show never occurred nor did they contact me to inform me that the event was cancelled. I had a child that was looking forward to this. Additionally, Im been arguing with them for now a month for a refund for this event that never occurred. I was told theyd refund my original payment (28 days later and hasnt happened). Then they said theyd PayPal me (if you refunded my original payment why would you ********* Ive been emailing, ******** messaging & calling and they dodge me. Now my messages on these ******** posts & reviews get deleted. This is one of the most unprofessional businesses Ive worked with.Business Response

I have resolved this matter with ***************. See attached.
She claimed the refund was not received but it has been refunded and our system won't let us refund a payment that has already been refunded. (See attached screenshots) I urged her to contact her bank but she refused. After many derogatory posts & messages we sent her an additional $60 via ****** just to get her to stop.

They did not give me an additional $60. They did refund me for the true $60 after I had to contact them via several methods. Additionally, it was not until I went to local news media that this issue was "resolved". I would highly recommend not doing business with this crooked organization.

January 4, 2024 My name is *********************.I purchased a service from Princess my Party on May 6, 2023 for my granddaughter and I to attend A Princess Party at the ************ Hotel in ******** ** on July 15, 2023. The purchase was $75.They cancelled the party and scheduled for another date that was a conflict for my schedule. Spoke to the person at Princess my Party. She said they have another party called the Snow Ball Party in ******* *********. I agreed to that and added one additional person to come on Dec. 3, 2023 which was the date of the event. I paid an additional $66 on July 14, 2023. She stated they never cancel that party because it is their main event.On Dec. 3, 2023 the event was cancelled due to 2 inches of snow fall. Just to inform, we drove over an hour to ******* which is just a bit over 60 miles away. We were able to make it to event as well as other people planning to attend. Princess my party left people and email about one hour before event. (we were already on the road). I did call them about 2 hours prior to event and left a message to have them call me if event cancelled because I be on the road. I did not receive a call.They rescheduled the event for December 10, 2023. We had other plans for that day. (Birthday for my grandson). I called and talked to person in charge at Princess my Party. She was a bit rude. I explained that my 3 year old grand daughter was again heartbroken for the 2nd time of cancellation. I will not have my grand daughter go through this again and I want a refund. She stated she would put refund on my credit card. I did see one refund on my card. But then I got a text that they are planning another event. I did not respond to the text because I made it clear I am no longer interested and will not have my granddaughter go through such disappointment again. The next day I saw the refund removed from my credit card.I emailed and left message with Princess my Party. She did not respond back to my call or email. I still do not see the refund on credit card as of today. I am asking for my total refund of $141. I find this to be heartbreaking that a business can operate this way.Business Response

Both events happened and the other attendees didnt have any issues like this. You can find photos & videos on our social media of the events taking place. As you can see the daughter became hostile even after I issued the refund and offered her free tickets as an apology for the inconvenience. I feel I did everything in my power to make her happy & could not make her satisfied.
The other complaint is just the daughter complaining. *** never spoken to ***** only the daughter. Its the same issue but the mom purchased tickets for the adult daughter.

The first event was schedule for July 15, 2023 which they cancelled due to lack of children enrolled. I paid $75 for this event on May 6, 2023. They reschedule the event which did not work for us (we were going to be out of town for family event).
I did speak by phone to Princess My Party and she said they have another event "Snow Ball Party" which is the biggest event and they would not cancel that because it is well attended. I agreed and paid an additional $66 on July 14, 2023. So Yes, I did speak to her on the phone! Perhaps Princess My Party just does not recall the phone conversation.
The December 3 Snow Ball Party was cancelled and they rescheduled that for ******* 14th. (That day did not work for us to attend because we had other plans made and unable to attend the rescheduled date). Perhaps Princess my Party has a short memory. But yes, I spoke to her December 4, 2023 on the phone. This was the 2nd time of phone conversation. She was rude and not very passionate.
Yes my daughter spoke to her on the phone. Princess my Party was again rude and disrespectful during the phone conversation. My daughter was upset with the rudeness of Princess my Party and was not very happy during the call.
I purchased the tickets for the original dates scheduled (July 14 and Dec 3). The rescheduled dates that worked for them did NOT work for us. I agree they may have had the rescheduled dates those dates conflicted with our schedule.
ALL I ASK IS FOR MY REFUND of the $75 and $66 that totals: $141. PRINCESS MY PARTY STATES THEY ISSUED A REFUND....THEY DID NOT!!!
I called my credit card (CHASE ***** and asked to help me see the refund on my account from ********************** my Party. They too, did not see ANY refund. They do see the payments of $66 and $75 (total $141)SHE DID NOT ISSUE A REFUND FOR EITHER $75 OR $66 TO TOTAL $141.
ALL I WANT IS A REFUND OF $141.
She may have issues with memory or a poor accounting file. She stated she never talked to me on the phone but she did 2 times. She stated she issued a refund. That is not true.If you want a document of the Credit Card (Chase/Visa) I would be able to submit to BBB.

We purchased three tickets for the 3rd annual snow ball in ******* **. On the day of the event I received an email the event will have to be postponed due to weather. I have called Princess my Party ltd and I have left a voice message asking for information about the new event. No one called me back. I have also tried emailing them but I have not gotten an email back. I need to know if they this event is getting rescheduled? At the very latest I want to know if they plan on reimbursing the three tickets?Customer Answer
