    We had a really great experience working with this company. We had my daughters birthday party in April 2024. We found the owner of the company really wonderful to work with. We are happy with the outcome of everything. We plan to have another party with them summer 2024.

    Wish 0 stars was an option. This company is horrible to work with. When it benefits them they treat you good, as soon as they have your money they could care less. They move dates of events and don't communicate it. They say they will refund when services aren't rendered, but they don't (unless you harass them for months if you are lucky). They attack other small businesses on the social media for wrong doings done to them (when it wasn't the other businesses fault). They take advantage of people by saying they have a charity called "extra magic foundation" that has no accreditation and leaves a lot of questions open about where those "donations" are actually going. The communication of the owner is unprofessional and belittling. Nice when she is getting your money, horrible afterwards. Run.
