    During a recent cross country trip in a new to me purchased classic car I locked my keys in the vehicle while stopped. I contacted the company and they sent a "locksmith" out to unlock my car. The guys was extremely rough with his attempt to unlock the drivers door and in the process broke the door handle and internal mechanism. In an attempt to get access to the inside of the car he moved to the passenger door where he accomplished the same outcome, broken door handles and unable to open the door. He departed and "*******" was then sent to see what could be done. ******* was able to make it so that the doors could be closed securely and I could open the driver door from the outside with a hangar so that I could continue my trip. I immediately contacted the owner of the company. He stated that he would refunded the amount charged for unlocking the car and would pay for the repairs. I did get the refund to my credit card for the original amount. When I got back to my home in ******, took the car to my repair facility and got an estimate. Owner is now not communicating with me and not offering to pay for the damage that has been done to the vehicle. Very poor customer service and acknowledgement of what/how his technician damaged my vehicle, even though ******* told him and me that the previous tech had caused the damage and he should pay for the repair. Total amount of repair is $1600.00.

    Auto Lockout Specialist has informed the complainant due to the nature of his complaint, the owner wanted to look into this matter first hand to see what had occurred prior to call, during and after we had responded to his lockout.  We take great pride in our companies outstanding customer service and absolute stellar 20 years of business without any previous complaint.  It is truly upsetting to hear what the complainant has said concerning damage to his vehicle. Yes, there definitely is two sides to every story and I will personally see to it that this issue gets resolved.
