I was court ordered to take a class that Dynamic Family solutions provides. Intake appointment was $85 and during the zoom appointment, the therapist suggested i have 5-6 sessions every two weeks starting October 3rd. We had Agreed to that after some conversation on the exact matter. When her assistant called to make the appointments she had said that there was 9 sessions requested, and not the 5-6 originally discussed. I had asked the person calling to confirm with the therapist and she said she would call me back. I later get an email that they had CC'd my probation agent in stating that this email is in response to the escalating phone conversation we exchanged. All that was questioned was the big difference in sessions that was agreed upon. Before this intake appointment was had i was asked to sign a form that stated "Our signatures below mean that we have participated in the formulation of this treatment plan, understand and approve of it, and accept the responsibility to carry out our parts of the plan fully." where no meeting had yet even been scheduled nor had to have had participated or approve the agreed plan. This practice is shady and money hungry.

Personally I'd like to complete the class that has been started and proceed with the 5 classes that was originally agreed. If that cannot hapen, then letting people know that they are trying to entrap/trick people into paying more money with no choice because they are forced to take a class. The cost difference is a huge difference for someone that is disabled.
