  My family and I have been going to this car wash for years. I received a car wash on my new car on 10/7/23. I just bought the car that morning. Myself along with another customer got stuck in our vehicles in the car wash with many lights going off/the car wash stopping. None of the workers knew what was going on. Outside of this scary experience, we were not reimbursed for the wash. When I got out of my car after the wash, I found scratches under the driver window and paint rubbed off on the drivers side mirror. I filed a written complaint with the business regarding my experience and to submit a claim to their insurance. They told me that they would not be taking the claim further. I then reached out to the owner regarding the situation and my concerns, along with photo evidence and an explanation of my experience. I was told to file a claim with my own insurance or to buff out those scratches on my own. Do not recommend. I wish they could have made this right.

  I have been coming here for over 20 years, when Dave ran it , it was Fair and smooth. I have an unlimited carwash badge, it's $63 a month. I took one of my cars in for a hand wax which is $49.95. I paid it and left. When I came back they said I owed another $10 for wiping the car off. I was strong armed by the manager Devin , who refused to give me my keys unless I paid them, I had to call the Hales Corners PD to get my keys. a regular wash is $35,GO TO **** ***** *** **** COMPLETE IN AND OUT IS $1

  If I could give zero stars, I would. The Wauwatosa location is abysmal. Car comes off the line with the rear looking like it hasn't been touched because the person they have prepping cars before the wash can't bother to actually prep the vehicle except to throw soapy water on it. For several weeks now (my last 3 visits) the blower/dryer on the right side of the wash bay has been out. Mgr. is not informing customers of this. Have to spend time drying your vehicle by hand or let it air dry all spotted. When I questioned the Mgr. about why he's not informing customers or having employees hand dry vehicles, he had no response except to say "it should be fixed next week". Guess what, same situation on my next visit along with a vacuum and air hose not functioning. I've twice left messages asking for someone to contact me regarding my concerns with service. No response. I've had enough and canceled my monthly membership and will not return to FSCW. Nobody cares one bit about quality or the customer experience.

  Worst job ever for the price of 52.00. I took my Lexus there for a full service wash and I literally had to show them the dirt they were leaving on my car. The wheel shine was subpar. How can you not see when a tire is half done, shiny on the top and nothing on the bottom of the tires. Oh, did I tell you about the windows? Well, they were half cleaned as well. 52.00 down the drain. I give them one star because they did put water on the car. I will not go there again. ******

   would give a zero if I could. there sign says if not satisfied the will fix, well Ray the manager said don't be a **** when I asked why my car was not being worked on

  BE CAREFUL CAR WASH FSCS (HAS MULTIPLE LOCATIONS!) DONT GET YOUR CAR DETAILED! THEY WILL PUSH YOU TOWARD THE "TRIXTER" .... "SIGN UP FOR THE ALL YOU CAN WASH IN A MONTH" DEAL UP FRONT! WHAT HAPPENS IS, YOU GET THE SMALL DISCOUNT UP FRONT ON A MAJOR DETAILING JOB, BUT , IF YOU ARE LIKE ME, YOU WILL SOON FORGET,,. AND NEVER USE THE MONTHLY BILLING YOU SIGNED UP FOR. (YOU MUST DO A MONTHLY COMMITMENT TO GET THE UP FRONT DETAILING DISCOUNT.) THIS IS THEIR BUSINESS MODEL. THEY LIVE ON THIS TRICKY DEAL WHAT YOU GET IS REVILVING MONTHLY BILLINGS OF $22.00 CHARGES/MO (EVERY MONTH) I LET THEM SLIP THIS CHARGE ONTO MY CHARGE CARD FOR 6 MONTHS !!! IT IS A LOW KEY CHARGE, AND I GET CARWASHES FROM TIME TO TIME. IT SLIPPED ONTO MY CREDIT CARD BEFORE YOU REALIZE WHATS GOING ON. 6 MONTHS LATER THEY WILL ABSOLUTLEY NOT REFUND YOUR MONEY- EVEN THOUGH NEVER USED THE SERVICE. AND JUST TRY TO CANCEL W/O GETTING ONE LAST KICK IN THE N&TS! . you WILL get charged for one additional month before they get around to canceling. IT POLICY . REAL BUNCH OF GREEZZY FOLKS

  Worst Company ever!! Worst Customer Service ever!! DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE FOR DETAILS.
  We paid for a full interior detail service. They didn't vacuum anything, they only cleaned 1 seat out of the 4. Streaks on the windows and no interior detail done.
