    Oven not heating properly. Issue diagnosed over phone, repaired same day. Priced fairly, courteous and friendly. Will definitely call again when needed!

    He was very good at keeping us updated on when he would arrive. He was the only person or company, out of many, that was willing to even come over to see if he could fix it. And, after several hours, it is working. He told me that because of the age of the upright freezer, parts are no longer available. It seems like the company that makes any kind of appliance today; make it so that if it breaks down, you have to buy new.
    I would highly recommend him to anyone. We will definitely pass his name on and use him again.

    Do not hire Frank. He was 1-1/2 hrs late. He said we did not need to put anything on the floor for the water and after 3 hrs of which he said would take 1-1/2 hrs the floor is bubbling at the seams from water. He put his greasy hands on my white wall which I had to repaint. He replaced the 4 suspension rods on my portable washer but one is banging on the side which I asked him about when he was here. He said it would stop after I used the machine but it has not. The tub now is making a terrible banging sound because it is off balance becuse he cut off a part that should have gone back on the machine. He used tape to try to hold it but it did not work. I do not think he knew what he was doing. He almost cut my water level tube but I stopped him before he did it. I have called him two times and emailed him two times and he has not responded. After paying him $200 I now have to find someone to correct the problems he created.

    We have used this business four times in about seven years to repair two different appliances. The service has been outstanding each time. Calls are returned promptly and our repairs have been completed in a very short time. Frank is so knowledgeable and professinal. I recommend this business very highly.
