A Pattern of Complaints has been detected for this business. Complaints allege a high volume of repeated phone calls asking for donations. In addition, complainants state the company continues to call despite their request to be removed from the calling list and complainants state the company misrepresents itself. Though BBB received an initial response in February of 2020 from UPOA stating that they were closing their doors, BBB has continued to receive complaints. We reached out again in July of 2020 for further response from the business, but to date, we have not heard back from them. The company has not responded to any complaints that have been filed from 2020, and as of 2022, complaints continue to come in regarding these same issues.
