    I set up a deep cleaning of my house with cleantastic. They had 3 people come to my house on June 22, 2023 for 2 hours. I saw online what was included along with the owner telling me directly what was included.I contacted company immediately when I got home on June 22nd. I sent photos and said how disappointed I was. Missed spots everywhere and lots of stuff just plain not touched. She said its normal for spots to be missed and it happens. I explained that I understood that but this was way TOO much gone wrong. She offered to give me a re-do if i make a list of what was missed or a $50 discount (on a $300 bill). Im not satisfied with either resolution. I explained that I dont want her cleaners back in my house unless I am home which is going to be nearly impossibl with my schedule, and that I shouldnt have to make a list as the stuff that was missed was supposed to be included in the first place. I have reached out stating I am not happy with a $50 discount either. owner sent me an updated invoice of $250. I havent paid it yet. I asked what pricing is for a regular clean compared to a deep clean, and asked her to take that into consideration when determining a discount. Because I didnt even receive what is supposed to be included with a regular cleaning, yet I am being charged for a deep cleaning. I feel I shouldnt be charged at all. This was so awful and owner is not offering a reasonable resolution. If photos did not upload please contact me. I have a lot of photos that show the service I received.

    Cleantastic has agreed to not bill for the service I received. This has been resolved, but it took a lot to come to a resolution. The terrible customer service made this already bad service situation worse.
