    Servpro recently finished redoing my kitchen. The project began in July and was not finished until December. The project managers were unable to ever provide a sound timeline and often wouldn't respond to texts, calls, or emails. My wife and I were kept in the dark about the project's costs, timelines, and expectations. Servpro's crews would arrive on random days, work for 2-3 hours and then not return for a week. They left heaps of trash in my garage for months on end. Our kitchen sat demolished for two months before anyone returned to begin reconstruction. During that two months, my wife and I went without running water in our kitchen because the project manager forget to send a plumber out. This resulted in my wife and I spending thousands of dollars on eating out for three meals a day for two months straight. Servpro's crews also did poor work on our cabinets and sink installation. They cut rudimentary, uneven holes in the cabinet under the sink and also installed the incorrect drain in our sink. They also hung cabinets backwards and left nails sticking straight out of the floor in my bedroom.Additionally, the kitchen floor has bumps and bubbles and cracks/pops when you walk on it. I do not believe that Servpro's crews installed flooring underlayment and yet we are still being charged for it. I have sent numerous emails to ***** Lick at Servpro informing him of the flooring issue and have received no response. I am asking for 50% off flooring in addition to the $500 for timeline delays and poor communication and management. I sent a formal complaint letter to Servpro on Jan 3, 2025 and another email to ***** in regards to the floor on Jan 21, 2025.We have tried to communicate our complaints with the Servpro team countless times via email, texts, and phone calls and have been largely ignored. I am a local who grew up here as a boy and veteran who just moved home and it's disappointing that a local company treats its customers in such a disrespectful manner.
