According to the URL information, the website Cupsomer.com was created on 12/24/18 and the registrant is located in CHINA.

On 4/16/19 the BBB was contacted by the homeowner of the address that the company lists on its website, that it claims to be located at, in Janesville, WI. She informed our office that Cupsomer is not located at this address. Cupsomer.com is fraudulently using her address and phone number.

Please note using a false address is a form of hijacking (of an address), fraud and identity theft. 

In addition, this company is not registered with the Wisconsin Department of Financial Institutions (WDFI.org) and has no location in Wisconsin or in the United States that BBB is aware of.
