We recently built our dream home with Trinity Homes, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. Lisa and her team were fantastic to work with—always responsive, informative, and professional. We were especially impressed with the quality of the contractors they work with; every detail, from the foundation to the roof, was handled with care and expertise. We absolutely love our new home and couldn’t be happier!

We had a challenging water front lot that we wanted to build on and we were unsure if we would be able to find a standard builder floor plan that we could make fit on the lot. After speaking with a few other builders, we settled on Trinity and they were able to modify one of their floor plans to work with our lot requirements. This is the fourth home that we have built and this was by far the most seamless process that we have experienced. Everything was completed on time and turned out beautifully. Lisa and Nicole are so easy to work with and we never felt like we had any misunterstandings at all during the build process. Everything was exactly as we had hoped and I have already recommeded Trinity to friends who are hoping to build on the same lake.Trinity Home Builders

We had the privilege of building our forever home with Trinity Homes in 2023.From the very beginning, we felt heard with what our needs and wants were in a floor plan. Between our numerous changes and modification, we never felt rushed or pushed aside. The amazing staff and contractors of Trinity Homes made every step of the home building process as stress free as possible. When we decided to build our new home, many people warned us that the experience would be stressful and drawn out. We chose Trinity Home Builders to construct our home and we had the best experience that was on time and fun. They were always available to assist us or answer questions. The project was completed on schedule. We had a very specific footprint for our build, and Trinity customized our home to make it exactly as we envisioned. I am extremely happy with Trinity Builders. Their teams of quality experienced plumbers, carpenters, etc. made the building process run like clockwork. They were easy to work with and all my questions and concerns were dealt with in a timely manner.I am very happy with my home. Working with Trinity for the build of our new home was a decision we do not regret! The process was much easier than anticipated and nothing like any horror stories I have heard from friends who have used other builders and contractors. From the beginning, communication was easy. We used the realtors associated with Trinity to help us find the perfect lot to build on. This was a wise decision, as they specialized in vacant lots and knew things we never would have thought about that could have been expensive issues in the future. They found the perfect lot for us! When a banking issue arose, no fault of Trinitys, they were nothing but accommodating to delays it caused. Choosing all the options for the home was FUN and EASY with more than enough options for anyones style. The standard options at Trinity are considered upgrades anywhere else and this really makes them stand out. The actual building process was smooth, with no delays. Contractors were friendly and professional and doing such good work that we never really felt the need to be in their way or a need to micromanage. They knew exactly what needed to be done and did excellent, quality work. Every time we came by the site, we were amazed at how much was completed, and how well. The electrician, especially, gave such helpful suggestions that we are so grateful for! We sat back and just admired the skill level of the tile work being done. He was a top level expert and so, so kind! The entire project was completed ahead of schedule and we were able to be in the home for the holidays! We had a thorough walkthrough and someone to explain the ins and outs of everything, which was nice! For our warranty period, there were incredibly minor things we brought us, as everything was built so well, but for those minor things, Trinity got everyone in to our home to check it out quickly, no questions asked. Overall, this build was a great experience and we would recommend, and have, to all our friends!Trinity Home Builders

Trinity has been great to work with. My wife and I took the base blueprints for the home we built with them and re-drew multiple times, requesting to move walls and rooms until we had the exact build we were looking for. The Trinity team worked with us and made sure we again got exactly what we wanted and were looking for. All of the subs were very helpful and also willing to work with us to answer any questions or changes we had along the way. Building a new house was something we have always wanted to do, and we are both very happy with the end product. Not to mention we were able to get into our house way ahead of schedule - what other builders can get their clients into their build early!? Very happy with the Trinity team.Trinity Home Builders

So many great things I could say about the entire team at Trinity! Building a house can be an intimidating life event but we knew we were in good hands with Trinity. from our designer helping us to move our laundry room from the proposed first floor to the second floor and adding an additional entrance to our expediter keeping the process moving along to the subcontractors that were timely and professional. If I had to build another home, I would definitely ask the team at Trinity to walk me through the process all over again.Trinity Home Builders
