      When we first got the walk-in tub installed. There was so many problems that occurred. The bathtub seat cracked twice and there was an electrical problem. Kohler managed to get that fixed in a timely manner. But now, our door handle broke off. It broke off the week of 11/16/23. We have the handle to be put on but we need someone to install it. I have been calling and promised that service will be told, have been told they would schedule someone after a weekend, or just plain getting voicemail. Today is 1/19/24 and again, I call during work hours and again I get a voice machine and leaving another message. I have called over 10 times the past months with no definitive schedule. So many problems with this product from the start. I don't recommend.

It is possible the file is under an alternate email can I please have any other emails used so we can work with you to resolve this matter?

      Used to love Kohler. Sadly I will never purchase from then again. Placed a large order to remodel master bath September 1st. It's now 4 months later and I haven't received the most important pieces. No trim No bath filler. I cannot even use my bathroom. After complaining repeatedly they tried to fix the issue by sending my loaners and a gift. Had my contractor come out the Saturday before Christmas because he knows how unhappy I've been with Koehler only to find out the open box items they sent either didn't fit or had pueces missing. I'm having a blue Christmas. Thanks Kohler!

      Kohler gave my husband and I a "hardship" discount for a shower unit with shower chair and grab bar that we wanted for safety reasons because my husband is battling cancer. We didn't even know there was such a thing; it was offered to us. What a blessing, Kohler...thank you so much! We were so touched and we needed this during such a difficult period in our lives.

      I purchased glass shower doors via their website. It was a custom finish. The receipt says expected shipment between 10-14 days. It was shipped 154 days later. When the package arrived at my house is was completely destroyed. Kohler has not responded to my emails.

      I had a kohler kitchen faucet that started leaking after 10 years of no trouble. Contacted the company and they replaces the whole unit. They were very helpful and very polite. I will never buy anything but kohler products from now on. I would highly recommend their products to anyone. Lifetime guaranteed and they absolutely stand by it.

      I purchased a Rialto commode several years ago. While using a plunger on it, the side fell apart, and as I had lost the receipt, I never considered contacting the company. I did however, leave a negative review, on an unrelated product on Facebook. I got an immediate message from the company, asking for more details, which I, at first, declined. Again, I got a request for more info. I told them, I didn't ask for anything, just left opinion. To make a long story short, they replaced the item, being shipped as we speak. They refused to allow an item that, thru pics of the failure , go, without making amends, even though, I told them I don't want anything! That, is what makes a company great! If only other manufactures would do the same! Thank you, Kohler, and I will in the future, make all my words softer, in case I have to eat them!

      My elderly mother in law purchased & had a walk in Kohler bath put in back in 2020 ($25k ??) & only three years later she/we have had multiple issues with it. Already had to replace the door due to leaking. Then had leaking below the tub itself (2023) & in August Kohler customer service worked together with Newpro to have them come out to repair the issue(s) we were having. SupposedlyThen, today 11/7/23, only 3 months later, the tub is leaking AGAIN below! Same as before!! I am super frustrated & do believe that Kohler walk in tubs are definitely not worth $25k!!

      SUPER service and assistance by Kohler Customer Service rep. She was very informed regarding products and so very positive and helpful. Seemed very proud to work for that company. Don't think I have ever had a greater experience.

      Worst customer service imaginable. I tried 4 times to get a part that went bad after a few years, causing my toilet to leak. I sent pictures of the part. Final attempt, by phone, I called and spoke to a Jenana, who said this part is not a Kohler part, as if I did some aftermarket modifications to their toilet. Most ridiculous thing I've ever heard. Because of a leaky gasket, I have to now get a new toilet.

      Our Kohler faucet broke in May of this year (it had a lifetime guarantee). The model was entitled Chrome. Since they no longer make the model we want, Kohler promised a replacement approximate in value. It was due to arrive in July. It has still not arrived. I have called Kohler customer service many times and they have assured me they will take care of manufacture and delivery of the replacement faucet, but I have gotten no faucet. In August they said it would be sent on Sept 9. No faucet. Last week they said it would be sent in December. This is unacceptable. I cannot get a coherent answer to why this situation continues. Customer service always says they will contact their "support team" and "get back to us." They never return the calls we make. It is apparently impossible to contact the factory where the faucet is to be manufactured. Meanwhile, we have a non functioning kitchen.*************************
