    We are writing to formally request a refund and the return of our property related to the **** work ***** ******************************** performed at **************************Refund Request $4,927.47 This amount covers:$4,432.68 for labor and materials associated with ductwork that had to be redone by ** Heating and **** due to improper sizing and installation.$494.78 for two industrial fans, which he took from our garage and we have confirmed via text message are in his storage.Supporting Documentation Provided:Photos showing the removal of the fans.Text messages from our tenant confirming he picked them up.Text messages from ***** confirming possession of the fans.Invoices from both ***** ****** and ** ************ documenting the faulty and replacement ductwork.Home Depot receipts showing purchases made on our account for materials that were discarded.Return of Property Requested:Our master key to all properties.Home Depot card.Any receipts and materials remaining from uncompleted work.Despite repeated attempts since March to resolve this matter amicablyincluding offering you opportunities to work off the amount owedhe has failed to follow through on his commitments or meet with us in person as agreed.We ask that he return all property and remit the refund of $4,927.47 by May 31st, 2025, to avoid further action. It is concerning that ***** and his employee have our master key.We hope with your help we can resolve this matter quickly and amicably.Thank you for your time, ****** ********
